Staff clearly over worked; one person doing everything. But the young lady did a phenomenal job. Rooms very clean, beds exceeded my expectations. Really amazing staff, you had one person doing everything from checking in guests to addressing guest concerns and fixing the problems. Over all we did enjoy our stay. A bit over priced, but I guess since it... More

Very nice staff, great location with easy access to the commuter line down town. Very good breakfast and clean dining room. Rooms could use a little work but everything was very clean. Complete kitchen was available and the sitting room was a real plus.

Arriving in Boston during the friday rushhour, is not a funny thing. Finding a hotel on gamenight, is even less funny. On our 5th attempt we endend up at the Best Western. Relieved they had a room for a reasonable price, we parked our car infront of the room. It was spacious an verry clean. The whole hotel looks well... More

I stayed at this "hotel" for one night when my daughter was hospitalized nearby. Five-star price for 1-star MOTEL. The room smelled musty (previously a smoking room I think), curtains stained, paint peeling in the bedroom and bathroom, carpet filthy. Could hear every sound from people next door, outside (smokers) and upstairs. Awful. Did not feel safe either.

this is the closest hotel to Boston College and on the weekends it is parents and families. It is quiet - off Commonwealth even though that is the address. The hotel is a 1960's throwback motel - parking in the central courtyard and exteriior facing doors.

This was our first visit to Boston and we knew nothing about getting around the city. The staff was very helpful telling us how to use the "T" where to eat, etc. Breakfast was good. Waffles, cereal , yogurt etc. room was ok. Carpet was dirty but the rest of room was ok.

Very good in all respects except breakfast. The space for it is small and the food could be more varied. Otherwise the hotel is very nice and the service pleasant and efficient. I stayed in summer, but could days. Only air condition was available since no heat was accesible in the command

The room rate was good I guess for Boston area but much higher that what we are used to paying. The odor/air quality was my main issue. I asked for assistance to get heat in the room but it never did work then it was no longer needed. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. The flat screen... More

The Best Western outside of central Boston was a good find. The hotel was on the list of recommended places to stay from Dana Farber Medical Center. Many places were already booked, but we lucked out with a room at the Best Western. The room was clean and the girl at the front desk was helpful. Continental breakfast was even... More

I just got to this hotel. The Lady In the lobby was very impolite. First, she couldn't find my reservation. Second, I told her to look upon my father's name to the second room. Later one, she said I should have told her so! When she manage to finish she forgot to give the keys to the first room. Just... More
