The staff was excellent. They were so helpful with the public transportation. They were very accommodating to myself as well as other guests' special requests regarding check out and cleaning. I was disappointed in the breakfast -- missing forks the first morning! And the seating area was very crowded with too much furniture for the area.

We had a very pleasant stay at Best Western University Hotel-Boston/Brighton, Boston, MASSACHUSETTS in March. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive. We would certainly stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed at this no frills very basic hotel while visiting Boston University. It is a very ecconomical place to stay while visiting Boston. The "T" stop is very close by making traveling to sight seeing as well as the university very easy. Staff was very friendly, rooms were kept clean, and free breakfast buffet was good.... More

We stayed there last Saturday and the rooms & bathroom were quite nice. Spacious, modern, clean with nice sheets, bedding, good bathroom. More like a Hilton. Breakfast was a nice addition, but could have been healthier.

We stayed here for two days while in Boston. Free parking and steps from the green line. It took about 25 minutes to get to downtown on the green line. It was a nice ride and we liked passing through the neighborhoods on the way down. The breakfast was decent and the hotel staff were very pleasant. We had a... More

Enjoyed our stay at this Best Western! Friendly and accommodating staff. Close to Whole Foods and close to the Transit's Green Line. Decent Continental breakfast, and free parking are a plus! Looks like the place was recently refurbished, and the beds were very comfortable.

We have been staying at this hotel for years, and yes, it's a little worn down and could use some spiffing and updating. BUT we love it because 1) It's quiet, 2) We find the staff to be nice and helpful, 3) It's very close to a T-stop (on the green line), 4) They have free parking (a big plus),... More

I booked this hotel because of a medical visit to Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. I commonly book rooms in more budget hotels like this. I only look for three things. Clean, comfortable and quiet. I asked the desk clerk at check in for a quiet first floor room. I was placed about as far from the lobby as... More

I would like to apologize for the experience that you had at our hotel. I can appreciate your need for a quiet area, as I myself am a light sleeper. We do consider that back portion of our hotel to be the quietest area of the hotel. The problem is we can't always determine what other guests will be doing... More

I would not recommend this hotel right now because we tried for 2.5 hours to get our clogged toilet fixed by management and they failed to unclog the toilet. After calling the front desk several times, when they showed up at 11:15 PM they could not unclog the toilet. Only one plunger for the entire hotel and it didn't work.... More

I would like to apologize for the experience you had at our hotel. The desk agent you encountered during this time was a new employee in training, and she was still learning where certain tools were throughout the hotel. Due to this experience we have made certain that we always have certain tool available to the front desk agents, for... More

This hotel has everything you need while staying in or around Boston, Mass. My partner and I stayed 2 nights at the hotel and were pleased with the value, service, and location of the establishment. We parked the car at the hotel on Saturday afternoon (for free!) and did not use it until we left on Monday morning. Public transportation... More
