We stayed with our family (boys age 9, 12 & 1) for 3 nights over 4th of July weekend. The hotel is very modern and clean and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was larger then most standard hotel rooms and kept impeccable our whole stay. The Starbucks - real Starbucks in the lobby, not just "we... More

The Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel proved to be a very nice stay. The hotel was very New, modern, elegant and the rooms were quite nice - as was the price for a Boston hotel. It was also off the beaten path, not in the center of the Boston activities, but in the up and coming Seaport area. Taxi rides into... More

Loved the location. Beautiful view from 8th floor. Beds were very comfortable. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in adjoining restaurant was very diverse and concierge lounge also had great breakfasts. If you are vacationing in Boston the concierge desk was very helpful. There are several restaurants within walking distance. When we used a cab fees from... More

I've stayed here many time before and find myself looking forward to each new visit. This time got upgraded to a room on a high floor with a great view of the waterfront. The beds are comfortable, the property is beautiful and the staff are very helpful. The concierge was able to confirm last minute reservations for a restaurant that... More

In Boston for a quick two nights with some work thrown in. Boston isn't that big, but for hotels in the city centre, the prices can be quite exciting. The Waterfront are is a pleasant walk away or a quick cab ride, and the rates at this hotel were compelling with the bonus of being close to the airport and... More

I am not a fan of convention hotels. They handle huge volumes of guests, and to do so well, they tend to be highly mechanized and impersonal in guest interactions. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Renaissance Boston Waterfront manages to efficiently handle large volumes of guests without losing all elements of the personal touch. Credit must be... This hotel is newer and the rooms are spacious. Also very clean. Decent size fitness center. I liked the fact the room had an empty refrigerator instead of minibar. Silver line bus stop almost right across the street and only 1 stop to the airport.

As far as the hotel goes its what you'd expect from a renaissance...nice..not luxe, but thats not what they do. The service however was great! Examples: when I checked in the person asked me - "how important is the view to you? bc I have an open room that is waterfront, but its adjoining. The door is locked, but if... More

Wow a room with a view that was stunning. The Silver Line from the Boston airport comes here for free and in less than 15 minutes. It is a short walk to many areas of downtown Boston without the hassles of being downtown. The area around the hotel has many restaurants and is very walkable. You can walk to downtown... More

This Hotel is in an excellent location if you are visiting the seaport area of boston. Several nice restaurants are within a short walk. For excellent sandwiches and breakfast to go you have to go to J Pace & Son. The room was large and quite. Several other reviews complained about the thin walls but we didn't hear anybody. Maybe...
