This hotel is breathtaking from the moment you walk in!!! Its plain to see that Marriott put a lot of money into the architecture, paintings, and everything! You walk in to the best greeters and customer service. The bartender hooks your drinks up too! The hotek rooms are huge and have a beautiful view. Shower is awesome. I didnt want... More

Stayed at this hotel in Boston for three days while in town on business. Rooms were a normal size for this type of hotel with nice comfortable beds. Rooms were very quiet which made for comfortable sleeping. Near the water with nice running opportunities. The front desk gave me a map for a 5-mile course. Rooms were clean and staff... More

Friendly Staff, good location if you are at the convention center and a nice clean hotel. It is a little drive to the historic parts but not too bad. You could even walk if you are up for a little hike. Some decent restaurants close by and amazing ones with a short walk or cab ride.

My wife, daughters (ages 10 and 9) and I stayed here for three nights during Boston Marathon Weekend. While the hotel is not optimally located for the marathon, it was still a comfortable and convenient home base for our Boston visit. I recommend this hotel. WHY YOU WOULD LIKE THE RENAISSANCE BOSTON WATERFRONT 1. Comfortable rooms. We were upgraded to... More

I stayed her with my wife for the Boston Marathon. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were terrible. Nothing ruins a comfortable bed, like a bad pillow. I wasn't able to get a good night's sleep. And for me, that is what a hotel is all... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience regarding your recent visit to the Renaissance Boston Waterfront. While I was delighted to read your positive comments pertaining to our staff as well as the overall guest room and bed, I very much regret that our pillows did not meet your expectations. One of our top priorities is providing... More

We changed our trip to Boston in order to have a full 3 days in town, so we ended up flying in on a Wednesday evening and used my points for the room. It was so clean and spacious, and the beds comfy. I went to the gym the next morning, and what a great gym it was! Complete with... More

Stayed in the hotel for 6 nights with my wife for a city break. If flying into Boston, take the local SL1 bus from the airport, only a couple of dollars and ten minute ride to the stop across the street from the hotel. A taxi is around $25. It's the first stop after the airport. The hotel is clean... More
