We were attending an event at the World Trade Center and stayed here for the night. Very friendly and welcoming front desk and lobby. The gentleman at the front desk was very engaging and helpful and quick! We were checked-in and on our way to our room in less than 5 minutes! The lobby is warm and modern with a... More

Not exactly close to downtown but very well connected to get there. Everything was perfect, concierge and navigators are extremely kind and professional. Business centre was good and efficient. Highly recommended.

I had to stay in this hotel for a business meeting. Loved how easy it is to get there from the airport, less than a 10 minute ride through the new tunnel. The lobby is somewhat sparse, with a bar and a restaurant and a Starbucks that closes at 7pm. Meals can only be had at one place in the... More

The hotel is exactly what you'd expect. Located near the Boston World Trade Center in the Seaport section, it's about a mile to South Station, it's not real close to downtown. Nice views of the skyline. Staff was fine. Starbucks on he ground floor, and a smattering of restaurants in the area.

Great hotel rooms big and very comfy good bathroom facilities. Meals are good and they have a buffet breakfast from 7 am. $20 taxi ride which will take 25 mins . 20mins to city centre and restaurants .

After a long snowy winter we wanted to see something green and attended the annual Boston Flower and garden show and stayed here. We are partial to the Renaissance brand and the Boston location did not disapoint. It is within easy walking distance of many bars and restaurants. The museum of contemporary art is nearby as well as Harpoon brewery... More

Sleek and modern building in an excellent location. Stayed here a few nights for a company event. The rooms were stylish and spacious. Comfy bed, slept great. The elevators were quick to come, helpful for the upper floors. The lobby was a bit tight for large groups. The meeting rooms and audio video team were top notch. Plenty of great... More

We had never been to Boston before, so we were initially very tentative with how the hotel staff were going to be. We thought we were going to have to get a separate room upon check-in because we had a few more people than would fit in a standard room. We were prepared to do this - but upon checkin,... More

The Renaissance was a welcome spot to relax after a day full of meetings. We had an opportunity to have a reception one night in the restaurant off the lobby, and although it wasn't a sit down dinner, if the heavy app's are any indication, they serve fine fare. The location is great if you're doing business on the waterfront,... More
