We stayed for 1 night. Reached the hotel easily by water taxi from Logan($10 per person) as well as Silver Line 1. I was given the special Priceline view facing the back of the hotel. Priceline price was >50% off the regular website price. Room was clean. Staff was courteous. Room was comfortable.

This is a convention hotel, I get it. It's a bit loud, you can hear people in the hallways, and if you don't have anything making noise you can hear the other rooms' tv. I can live with that because of the convenience of being close to the convention center. What I can't live with is having a cocktail in... More

Thank you for providing your feedback. Your experience with the bartender in the restaurant was inexcusable and the Manager of that establishment has been contacted to ensure this does not happen in the future. We take your comments very seriously and would like to assure you that the security and privacy of our guests are top priority. We hope you... More

I just returned from a weekend at the Westin Boston Waterfront with my 1 1/2 year old daughter. The hotel was clean and felt very safe. We got great service from check-in to check-out: the valets, the desk clerks and the baristas at Starbucks all had smiles on their faces all the time. I had called ahead to request a... More

I stayed here with my fiance for the Boston Marathon. We must have spent over $60 on cabs to and from the downtown area of Boston (also note that we stood in line outside of the hotel for 15 minutes waiting for a cab to come). It is not a place to stay if you want to dine and go... More

Thank you for posting your comments. Perhaps you were not aware but our guests also take full advantage of the public transportation in the area. In addition to taxis, the South Station T stop is just a 10 minute walk from the hotel and the Silver Line T stop is across the street from the hotel and they can take... More

We stayed at the Westin Boston Waterfront while my wife attended a conference at the Convention Center. Idid sightseeing during the day and we took in city highlights together when we could. We found the staff to be well trained, knowledgable and helpful. They answered questions about transportation (a T stop is very nearby) and points of interest. I enjoyed... More

Booked via PL for 180$ for one night (Boston marathon weekend oblige)...and overall, it was a good deal. Early check-in was possible, and we managed to get a room with 2 beds...we were relieved! The room itself was quite nice and roomy, with 2 very comfortable queen beds, LCD TV, work station, 12.95 $ for low grade wifi (hi speed... More

The Westin Boston Waterfront is a nice hotel away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Boston. I imagine if you are there for a conference at the center across the street the hotel is perfect location for you and probably will have lots going on. If you aren't attending a conference and are looking fora relaxing, modern hotel for... More

We had an excellent stay at the Westin, along with excellent service from hotel staff, we arrived mid day and had to get our dress shirts pressed for a dinner. We had missed the laundry service pick up by 1 hr however we called the front desk to see if anything could be done. Shiela Lang came to our room... More

The Silver line bus from the airport stops 2 minutes from the hotel. Very new, very classy. Upgraded our room for a higher floor with big windows for free. Starbucks coffee in the room. Nice, new, designed rooms. Very good gym with treadmills and pool for free. Downtown is in 15 minutes walking distance but the bus is at the... More

The hotel was nice, but for the price I expected a lot more. True, I was there for the Boston Marathon, so prices were probably inflated, but it was really nothing special. The lobby was probably the nicest thing in the hotel, but the room was average, although the bed was comfortable. Twice during my stay of 5 nights I... More
