Rooms were a good size and bright and modern. Everything is extra, breakfast, internet not included and considering the high price seemed over the top. Full breakfast was about $25 dollars, luckiliy the horel has its own starbucks where you can pick up something cheaper and quicker. The swimming pool was freezing cold which was disappointing. In fact the whole... More

We stayed at the Westin Waterfront at the end of our 2 week trip. The hotel is modern and bright, an easy walk into the city and a short cab ride to the airport. One of the highlights was the service of the conceirge Theresa Finnegan, she was helpful, polite and "run off her feet". Thanks for the great restaurant... More

My husband and I stayed here a few days in September for a work related convention. The hotel décor is modern and the rooms very clean. Don’t be surprised if you see people in the lobby leeching the free Wi-Fi (me included) on laptops as in-room Wi-Fi is $15 per day. If you are a Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG), you... More

Got this hotel on Priceline for an overnight transit through Boston, worked out cheaper than any of the "airport hotels". Arrived around 9pm...nice large bright lobby but SO noisy..there was some sort of reunion party going on in the main bar/restaurant and you could hardly hear yourself think in the lobby. Check in was efficient. Our room was large and... More

great room, great prices, great location, great food & bar. Why go anywhere else. Had other nights in the Mandarin (who are full of snobs) and the Hilton (which was ok but a bit jaded) but this was the best. It might not be in the centre of town but an easy walk or bus ride and you are there.

We got into this hotel after booking through Hotwire. After reading the reviews we were really pleased. After arriving late morning we wanted to leave our bags at the hotel so we could drop our hire car back at the airport. I went in and spoke to one of the receptionists. They kindly arranged early access to a room. The... More

Stayed here for a convention-connected to the convention center so very convenient. Room very nice and comfortable - but internet charge on top of high hotel rates, over $250 with taxes. However, there is no restaurant in this hotel for dinner, except for the Irish Bar. There is a lunch and breakfast area, but it closes mid-afternoon and is much... More

This hotel is clearly geared to the business traveller as it's attached to the adjacent convention centre. What this essentially means is that they charge you for almost everything and some of these things aren't exactly cheap. The rooms are large so it's easy to share them to keep the price down. The décor is bright and inoffensive and the... More

Loved how the hotel seemed to include lots of eco features. Very comfortable beds, nice employees, nice linens/ bathrooms, modern - that's why I gave it 4 stars. The restaurant Sauciety was way too expensive! At breakfast they served each of us orange juice and charged us $8.00 a glass, left with a $100 + bill for us and the... More

Stayed at the Westin for four nights while attending the American Academy of Pediatrics National Conference at the adjoining Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. As many have said already, the Westin is perfect for one attending a conference at the BCEC. The hotel is spacious, airy, cool and contemporary in design. It's not warm or intimate. The Westin might be... More
