As much as I looked forward to staying at a Westin, wow, so far not impressed at all. We arrived at 5:45pm and our room would not be ready for an hour, huh? We had to check our luggage w the Bellman ($) went to the bar to wait ($l and 1.25 hours later we have a hideaway bed or... More

Luxury hotel, comfortable rooms and excellent concierge where nothing is too much trouble. A bit of a walk into town is the main drawback.

My friend and I spent a wonderful weekend at this hotel, the property and the accommodations were excellent.. The room was beautiful with a view of the harbor, plus everything was very clean. It takes 6 or 7 minutes to walk from the hotel to the water from the hotel, but it is located in the financial district and not... More

The room was a good size, good view, and really clean. we had a twin room and the beds we very comfortable and spacious. The hotel itself was huge and quite corporate, food was quite good, staff were very helpful. In a good location for conference centre but a taxi ride to nearest shops.

I think the hotel and the service at this hotel are superb. I loved the room, loved the bathrooms, loved the overall feel of the property. The only question is the location ... it's not unsafe by any means, but don't expect too many pedestrians in the area immediately surrounding the property so if you are single you might want... Spent our last night here in boston and this is a fantastic hotel, new, clean, but away from the major sites of boston (and not on the waterfront !!). Fantastic room, nice food and guinness in the fake irish pub. A short walk and 3 trains to get to back bay though. One hotel staff member who we asked for... More

Stayed here with young teen girls who loved the pool! A bit far from the activities we had planned but clean and safe.

Stayed at this hotel because it was connected to the Convention Center. Nice modern hotel, but a bit away from the core of Boston. So you will need either to hoof it about 1 mile plus or take a cab. Great, new, modern and clean hotel. So if you are going to a conference, I'd plan on staying at this... More

On the pictures it looked quite different from...:) Save the money for something else.. Was very disappointed with the room, for so much money would you expect a bit more, it is really a 4star hotel? And then the many hidden costs, 1 hour parking is 24-42 dollars! (3x more expensive as the renting!!!) If you want internet / WiFi,... More

This hotel might not be located right smack in the midddle of the tourist area's but I have to say my stay was wonderful. The bed is super comfy and the size of the room is just big enough even for 4 of us. We were celebrating some birthday's at the new restaurant complex and the walk is probably not... More
