This hotel was selected by our travel agent. Great hotel with helpful staff. Lovely room and linens. Convenient to Pier with taxi service on site. The Grill on the first floor was quite noisy, but for a Friday night, what else could we expect. Soup was good.

We were here for a conference. It is clean and is a nice hotel. Prices and room sizes are typical Westin. Pillows and beds are comfortable. They allow individual room temperature control, which is important to me also.

Recently had the occasion to spend a week here on business. Perfect location for attending any function at the Boston Convention Center. Great staff, top notch property with a satisfactory selection for on site eating and drinks. The City Bar is a cozy spot for day end cocktail. Wide variety of food and spirits can be found within a short... More

It's hard to be a convention center hotel. A few, such as the Hilton San Diego, positively excel, but most are adequate, catering to associations that come and go. The tourist is a widget, and service is more or less industrial. The Westin is solid, if pricey. If you're lucky, you'll get a room with a view of the skyline... More

The hotel itself is big and beautiful, yet for a hotel its size has limited food options. I was told the one hotel restaurant opened at 11 and I needed a quick lunch as I was working next door at 12, the restaurant did not open on time. Because of the convention next door, my room was $429 so I... More

Stayed at the Westin Sept 6 after nearby Steely Dan concert. Driving in Boston isn't my favorite thing, but the hotel was very easy to get to coming south on 93. Easy access to parking garage which was $35/night. We had room 832 facing the city which gave us a great view as storms came in for a few hours.... More

Recently stayed at the Westin for 2 nights on business. It is located directly adjacent to the convention center, so perfect for those utilizing that facility. If you have business in downtown, it is approximately a 1 mile walk. It is an easy walk and very pedestrain friendly. The hotel can be quite busy as it is next door to... More

This is a great hotel, Clean, Concierge is extremely helpful with suggestions. Go eat at Yankee seafood a 10 walk by the docks. We had a view of the new Commons on the D. Which is a great place to hang out. They have neat swings, lounge chairs and a outside bar that many people were hanging out in watching... More

This is a very good hotel. A short walk to the regenerated and vibrant waterfront and a short trip by bus or cab to the city centre. Relatively new so all the public areas and rooms are clean and well maintained. Room was spacious staff were helpful and courteous. Starbucks in the lobby small shop and a real shoe shine... More

This summer we spent several days in Boston before leaving on a cruise. Our room was great. The restaurants were excellent. But since we had never been in Boston, I have to nominate the concierges as the best possible ambassadors for Boston and its history and museums and tours and we enjoyed ourselves so much that we wanted to return...
