This was an excellent hotel for our family. We could walk to the T, it's about a five minute walk, or take the shuttle bus. This hotel was in excellent condition and the staff was most helpful. There is a Target behind the hotel which was nice when we needed anything.

Courtyard by Marriott hotels have a reputation for very friendly service. But I have to disagree with the other posts regarding this trait at this location. Good and clean hotel. Nice staff. I remember my keys stopped working for some reason. It was only few seconds to get help from the front desk and the great maintenance specialist Younis. I stayed with my family in June 2014 and everything was great, close to the metro station and restaurants. Shopping Mall is across the hotel, lots of parking space available. Very quiet during the night.

Extremely busy hotel. We stayed with our infant daughter before flying out of Logan. They brought the clean Pack and Play to our room very soon after we checked in - much appreciated. We stayed here during the worst winter in Boston. On arrival at 5pm we noticed the hotels lights where out. Upon entering we where told that it would be back on in a few minutes. We stayed here for 4 nights. The heating unit in our room had to be replaced twice during the time we were there. The hot tub was not working. We stayed here because of their stay and fly package. It was actually less expensive to stay here and leave our car for 10 days rather than use a park and fly service.
