On a solo visit to Boston before joining a course, Hotel 140 provided a relaxing and comfortable base from which to explore the City. It is very conveniently placed for public transport, shopping and sightseeing and there are several cafes and restaurants within easy reach. My room was spotlessly clean and efficiently made up each day and all hotel staff... More

Very clean, compact rooms, perfect for a short city break and as a base for exploring Boston. Superb staff who were all helpful and lovely. They treated us to wine and an amazing cheese selection as we were celebrating both our honeymoon and our first year anniversary! Our room was a small but perfectly formed standard room in the centre... More

Clean, comfortable hotel within easy walking distance of attractions, restaurants and bars. If you go there including a Sunday parking is free from 6pm Saturday to 8am Monday so a way to save money, otherwise parking available in multi story at the side of the hotel for $30 a night.

I stayed for 4 nights. The location was fantastic and the staff were helpful. My room was clean but very small and very dark. Apart from the hotel lobby the communal spaces badly need updating. I probably wouldn't stay there again I'm afraid

Stayed in early July. First time back in Boston in years. Hotel is in the perfect location for everything in Boston. We were only a short walk from Fenway, and about a 15 minute walk from Boston Commons and Cheers. Room and hotel were extremely clean and tidy. Staff was exceptionally friendly and offered us water at check in. "Michael"... More
