I stayed at this hotel based on all the great reviews but was disappointed with the hotel. The service was average and the breakfast - for what they charged per night - was very disappointing (bad coffee, cold muffins and juice). Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! I could just leave it at that but really I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Stayed 6 nights - standard room has a balcony on the 2nd floor - view of the ocean and yachts. Private and quiet only 10 guest rooms, all but one has an ocean view. There is only one problem with the Boston Yacht Haven. The place is so inviting and so lovely that you may not want to explore the rest of Boston.
