Stayed here with my wife for two nights in October. The prior reviews were quite accurate - great location (5 minute walk to the North End and Fanueil Marketplace) and great views of the active harbor and the cityscape (we stayed in the penthouse which had a private deck on three sides of the building). The penthouse unit was not... more

Just got back from a two day stay at Boston Yacht Haven. Stayed in the Penthouse room. For the money I think this may be the best small inn/hotel bargain in Boston. Located right on the water, it is a marina after all, at the end of Commercial Wharf. With decks on three sides you have a panoramic view of... more

We only had 4 days and 3 nights to see Boston - Boston Yacht Haven was available for the first 2. I paid $250 per night after a nearby hotel quoted $300. This place was incredible. The pictures on their website were identical to the views from our room. This large spacious room with a cathedral ceiling filled with exposed... more

My son Juan Pablo and my self booked for 5 days in this wonderfull hotel, the staff is really nice specially Frank a great seaman with a hart of gold, he gave us a welcome gift of some macarroni cookies he makes (just delicious), the hotel is cozy, the rooms beautiful with a close ocean view. You really live the... more

I stayed at this hotel based on all the great reviews but was disappointed with the hotel. The service was average and the breakfast - for what they charged per night - was very disappointing (bad coffee, cold muffins and juice). The pros were that the location was good - within walking distance of the Freedom Trail and the Aquarium... more

We just stayed one night at the Boston Yacht Haven. It was spectacular! We were given a large corner suite, with a small frige complete with bottled water and cookies, microwave, beautiful soft leather chairs and couch, king bed and very large bath. Our deck was massive! We could have entertained a large party and still had room! We saw... more

My wife and I might never have found out about the Boston Yacht Haven, had it not been for Trip Advisor and its previous reviewers. And what a find! Just two minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of the Waterfront area, and yet this place is an oasis of calm. Our room was large, with a magnificent tall, wooden-beamed... more

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! I could just leave it at that but really I cannot recommend this place highly enough. A frequent visitor to Boston over the years, this is by far the best - and quirkiest - spot in which I've ever stayed - outstripping the Sheraton, Park Plaza and Hilton by a mile (the other accommodations I've previously used)... more

Stayed 6 nights - standard room has a balcony on the 2nd floor - view of the ocean and yachts. Private and quiet only 10 guest rooms, all but one has an ocean view. Located in a wonderful and safe neighborhood, walking distance to the Northend, aquarium and Quincy mkt. Easy subway ride from the airport - or water taxi.... more

There is only one problem with the Boston Yacht Haven. The place is so inviting and so lovely that you may not want to explore the rest of Boston. Boston Yacht Haven is a working marina for yachts that come from all over to tie up here. It's located on the end of Commercial Wharf, within a very easy walk... more
