First time in this hotel. Selected because of location, in-house breakfast and bar. Upon arrival we were notified that there was not going to be served breakfast the following morning, only continental. The following morning we found some boxes of cereals, milk and drip coffee. We ventured to the nearest place to have breakfast. Upon our return we found THE... More

After booking a night at this hotel we never received a confirmation email so we called and they confirmed our room. When we got there the next day they said that there was an issue and we no longer had a hotel room, but that they would find us another and refund us. The concierge was Gabriel and he was... More

From the first interaction with the receptionist who barely looked me in the eye while checking in to the average to poor wait and bar staff this hotel was underwhelming for the price. We were expecting something great. Unless you are going to The Garden the location is not convenient for those looking for something central. 10 - 15 minutes... More

We only stayed one night - August 8th - but from the moment we arrived we found the front staff to be super accommodating - letting us check in early no problem. The room is tiny but not oppressive. The aesthetic is dark - and very "male" "dorm room chic". They don't quite hit the mark there. Open shelving concept... More

we stayed 3 nights there and liked the friendly staff, the location and charm of the hotel. the room was very small though and does not give you space to unpack your suit case or hang some stuff to dry - all is very tight and in a small space

I've never had a worse customer experience at a hotel and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Booked a King size bed for a quick getaway in town. Arrived at 3:45 to check in and our room wasn't ready. Called later to tell them we would have a late check in. When we came back later in the night our... More

A great little hotel, very hip feel to it, but the location is quite far removed from downtown Boston. I also thought the $44 parking charge was a bit steep, especially given the neighborhood. The restaurant was great and the staff very friendly.

We stayed overnight before travelling to Provincetown. The hotel was ideally suited for connecting ferry and Long Wharf and close for amenities. The staff were excellent as was the room. This is a lovy urban boutique hotel which I would recommend but I'd suggest eating elsewhere as I thought the menu was limited. Also, the dining room is only open... More

The previous day I stayed in New York and left an awful review for the Pennsylvania hotel, What a great chance to be impressed by the Boxer, which is everything the Penn is not. Smart, clean and well looked after with very helpfull staff for only £20 a night more, will definately stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel room was very comfortable. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Location is close to waterfront, north end, and Faneuil Hall. We had a delicious breakfast in the hotel that was very reasonable as well.
