Real nice hotel in a great accessible area. Steps to many places of interest on Boston. Quincy Market/Fanueil Hall. North End. TD Center. Boston Common etc. close to airport too which was convenient for exit (10 min cab ride which the hotel arranged for us- nice touch) The hotel is eclectic design and if you appreciate clever use of architecture... We knew the rooms were small when we booked. It seems we got one of the largest. Still very very small but with a good size bathroom. The walls are thin so hope to get a quiet neighbor. One night we had a bachelor party next door. Good thing they left at ten for dinner. But even with quiet guests... More

I stayed at this hotel for a night when I was passing through Boston on business and I liked it. The front desk staff was friendly and had a nice casual banter with me and one another. They held a package for me that I had shipped to the hotel and gave it to me immediately. They check in was... More

We stayed there for 3 nights. The room was nicely decorated though on the small side not helped by the huge bed that took a lot of space. Quite annoyed that you cannot open the windows and you need to put the a/c on just to air a bit but that's not unusual in the US. However, the biggest disappointment... More

I had such a wonderful time at the Boxer! My wife and I just went for our honeymoon and they made the trip absolutely perfect. When we checked in, they upgraded us to a king size bed and they sent up a complimentary bottle of wine! I know it was our honeymoon but they did not have to do that!... More

Boutique hotel, with a friendly atmosphere, especially in the great little bar. Industrial decor, well done. Very comfy beds, maybe a bit small for couples in some rooms but we managed just fine. Lovely large walk in shower in good sized bathroom. We intended to go out for breakfast each morning but eat in the hotel because the food was... More

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, every member of staff went out of their way to ensure that we we.re treated with the utmost respect and curtesy. The room was oddly shaped, but this did not detract from its comfort or luxuriousness. The bar downstairs served very tasty meals and all done with good cheer. The... More

We really enjoyed our stay at the Boxer Hotel. Great location, within walking distance to many of the sites. Very cool décor. Loved the old world atmosphere. Rooms were a bit small, but very nice. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Great value!

This hotel is a short walking distance to all the main Boston harbor area and freedom trail sights, and just around the corner from TD Garden. For what we paid with AAA discount it is good value. Make sure you get the website price too. Our room was small but adequate and comfortable. Breakfast is not included. But we experienced... More
