Stayed at the Bullfinch June 09. The location is excellent, more or less right in the centre of town . The rooms are on the small side however are clean, comfortable and very well furnished. The Tapas resteraunt in the hotel is trendy, reasonably priced and the food is very good. Bar in the hotel is in the Tapas resteraunt... more

this hotel does have a great location, but the room is the size of a large closet, the staff is rather rude, and I was made to feel like a second class citizen because I asked for a luggage rack and was told that those are only for guests who have booked suites. Would not recommend this hotel and definitely... more

We have stayed here before and love the location near the North end. It is near the T stop. AJ at the desk is so friendly and helpful. While, the rooms are small, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean and quiet (room 909 this time) Got a great deal on Priceline. What more could you want? Would not... more

This was our first time at the Bulfinch, and we would stay there again. We stayed for four nights in a comfortable room with a sitting area and king size bed. Our view from the ninth floor was of the Boston skyline, including the gold dome of the State Building. We loved the location, just a few blocks from the... more

I booked this hotel through Expedia, for about 100 $ a night. The hotel is located about 500m away from Quincy market, but if you are a women on your own, this short lenght is quite deserted at night and you pass by both a bus and a metro station. The rooms are clean, but not very bright. The sheets... more

I stayed here because they had a good rate of $130 for one night incl breakfast. The hotel was adequate, very modern and bright but kinda cheaply done. The room was a little grim as the window was tiny. The breakfast was ok, not great, I would have preferred a Starbucks but it was included so we had it. All... more

I decided to see a concert at TD Banknorth the week of and came across this hotel as a last minute sell off and what a great find! Nice hotel, very friendly staff and a great location. A block for TD Banknorth and a few blocks from Little Italy. Really great staff, very friendly and helpful. Really comfortable bed, too.... more

Had 5 rooms for the NCAA basketball tournament and was pleasantly surprised. 5 minutes from TD Bankworth Center, subway stations, Quincy Market, start of Freedom Trail, etc. Short walk to North End and all the Great Italian restaurants. Rooms are small but very well laid out so didn't feel crowded. They were clean and the hotel is very quiet at... more

We recently stayed at the Bulfinch Hotel in Boston for one night en route to Europe. I booked the accommodations through a discount website, only paying $66/night. I'm glad that was all I paid. The Bulfinch is certainly average. The location is not too bad, with Faneuill Hall about a ten minute walk. That walk, however, is through dark and... more

Firstly the location - excellent for anything you could want to do in Boston. Stroll to everything - 2 mins to Quincy, the harbour, Hanover St and about 15 mins easy walk through town to the Common. It's also about 1 min to the T (train line) which is great if you are going to Fenway or down to the... more
