I understand it was graduation week but the way the hotel conducted itself about date modification well in advance of my stay was very unhelpful. Staff is arrogant. Not much character really or warmth to the place. I come to Boston at least once a month. It was my first and last seat at this hotel

Excellent hotel. staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms large, clean and modern. The Kitchen bar has a great atmosphere and is a very pleasant way to relax after walking around Boston.Didn't eat there but the food we saw look really good.Only criticism is the walk to Faneuil area takes 30 mins but certainly a pleasant walk.

I visited the Loews with 6 other women for a Bachelorette Party. Check in on a busy Friday afternoon was seamless and extremely quick. Every staff member, from door man, to front desk, to housekeeping was extremely friendly and accommodating. There were a lot of events and guests throughout the wknd at the hotel, but even with it all we... More

We had a wonderful time in Boston. We stayed at Loews. The hotel is in a nice location, close to Newbury street and public garden. Our room was small but very comfortable. The bed was superb. So comfortable that I wished we had at the same at home. I loved the decor, furniture, and art works on the walls. The... More

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights at the start of our honeymoon. The hotel building itself is lovely and fairly imposing, being the old police headquarters. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly doorman who arranged to have our luggage taken up to our room. The room itself was light and spacious, nicely decorated with a... More

I have never written a tripadvisor review before but this hotel warrants one! My husband and I had stayed at the hotel for one night on Friday 17 April 2015, before moving to an apartment for the rest of marathon weekend, and we agreed that we would meet in the hotel bar/restaurant after the marathon in case of bad weather,... Let us start with the good: the people. Staff is really, really nice and helpful in this hotel. Limited internet access is free, as it should be in any hotel. Our room, in the other hand, was quite small, and amenities were lacking. But what really set our stay apart was the faulty air conditioning. You could literally not breath... More

Stayed 3 nights in April in this Hotel which was very comfortable with good rooms. Breakfast is not included and a little expensive but the Hotel is in a great area and close to railway station. Also, a short walk to collect tickets for the Trolley tour which was great and informative. Also, within walking distance to Cinemas as we... More

We stayed in a Luxury Room on the 6th floor which was very spacious. There was quite a bit of street noise but nothing that kept us awake. Maybe if you're a light sleeper this will be a problem, but this is common in most hotels in central locations. The hotel is conveniently located and most of the attractions are... More

The room is quite big comparing to another ,but the facilities and amenities are quite limited .during our stay ,bath gel was not refilled until you asked for it and take too long a time waiting..Also the coffe and tea ,there was two coffe capsule and just one tea cup,no choice at all (only green tea )and just one capsule...
