Just back from 3 nights in Loews. It's a really nice hotel with a great ambience and very professional and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and well put together. We had a 42 inch Samsung TV with full HD cable channels and an IPhone docking station to charge your phone. Location is good with Arlington T station a block away.... More

The building is located within the east end of Back Bay yet within easy walking distance of Copley Place and the Prudential Center Shops to the west. Just to the north is Newbury Street with exclusive shopping opportunities. To the east are the Historic Districts of the North End and Beacon Hill. All can be walked to/from within 30 minutes... As someone who works in the hotel business, I know that the Loews brand is top-tier, which is why I chose to stay in one in Boston - I wasn't let down! Our annual girl's trip was in Beantown this year, and Loews was the perfect hotel, in the perfect location - walking distance to everything(!), and the hotel staff... More

Wow! Each staff member took the time to listen to every question/request to respond with spot-on suggestions and actions. By the end of my business stay, also my 50th birthday, everyone made me feel like a princess for a day, especially our concierge and wait staff. Do not miss the self-serve latte machine or the stellar chowder.

Nice clean rooms. In-room k-cup single serve coffee pot and coffee. Free wifi. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand cream, cotton balls, and q-tips all complementary. Huge bath towels. Big tv. Friendly staff. Always stay here when traveling for business. Guys at door are awesome and so helpful. Best part is plush rug in front of sink in bathroom. Feels like... More

Just spent three excellent nights at this beautiful hotel. First class at all levels. The building itself is gorgeous. The receptionist and concierge were always helpful and there is a great lounge area with an enormous bank of TVs where you can help yourself to coffee. The rooms were fabulous, with the most comfortable super king sized bed and luxurious... More

We enjoyed the Loews in Boston, its in a great location, we could walk to all the restaurants and bars we wanted to go to. The staff in the hotel were great but the staff and the atmosphere in the bar were the best. A nice place to have a drink at the end of the night, not overpriced and... More

Stayed for 6 nights great hotel and staff. Room spacious and the sofa was a lovely touch. The walk in shower was lovely and the light under the sink which comes on when you walk into the bathroom is a great idea. The concierge was great with lots of advice about where to visit. The tickets he got us for... More

I was greeted outside the hotel by staff and my luggage was immediately handled by one of them with an escort to the front desk. Check-in only took five minutes. Went to the room and it was impressive with nice furniture and bedding. Bathroom was also excellent with a nice roomy shower and ample room around the sink for my... More

We stayed for 3 nights and it was a comfortable, albeit small room. I liked the products in the bathroom. Great shampoo. I did not like the strong perfume infused into the lobby, a gantlet to fight numerous times a day. The room service was prompt and courteous, but there are some corrections to the menu that are necessary. When... More
