Just checked out of the Loews Boston Hotel. The room was immaculate although a Standard room with a king size bed is crowded for two people. The bed was VERY comfortable as was the environmental control (air). The bathroom is well appointed with large, fluffy towels and bathrobes. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did not dine in the... More

Really pleasant hotel in a great spot to enjoy downtown Boston. All the best spots are a short walk from the shore area up to the Charles river, Boston common, beacon hill the lot and for shoppers and diners boylston and Newbury are just a few yards away. the staff are really friendly. Well worth a visit. Love the robes... More

We just got back from a 4 night stay the Loews Boston Hotel. Everything was absolutely seamless from check-in to check-out. We took the backbay express from Logan which dropped us off in Copley square, and that was a very close walk to the hotel. Our room was comfortable, clean and the staff was extremely professional. We also greatly enjoyed... More

We spent a wonderful graduation weekend with family at the Loews Boston Hotel. A more boutique like hotel offering a wonderful alternative in central Boston. We found the service of the hotel to be excellent and very enthusiastic. Rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. The bar and food offerings in the hotel were very nice.

Everything from the location of this property to the quick delivery of room service AND a quick valet, far exceeded my expectations. I usually stay at another local hotel, but the Loew's was hundreds less, so I thought I'd give it a try. Everything was spotless, modern and comfortable. This should rank as one of Boston's best hotels and it... More

Easy to walk everywhere from here...and the room had plenty of convenient outlets to charge all of my husband and my multiple electronic devices! The room may have been on the small side but it was well thought out and very comfortable for us. Very nice quality linens and towels...comfortable bathroom...and very plush robes!! Nice lounge space with multiple coffee... More

Very nice room and accommodating staff. They were able to provide a crib for our 5 month old. Rooms were spacious enough that there were actually two different places in the room where we could fit the crib and we switched it up. Next to the bed when we wanted to see her playing and around a little corner just... More

We expected the hotel to be very nice, but we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was. Once we closed the door, we were in a world of our own and not bothered by outside noise. The room was not large, but was well appointed. The bed was very comfortable with good choices of pillows. Everything was very... More

this is a trendy boutique hotel on a very busy corner, where you hear cars racing all night. the rooms are rather small, even though We were in upgraded room. The service is very good however. Unfortunately, I was rather disgusted by the fact that I was Taking Ia bath and I I could see the very dirty under rim... More

Walking distance to the train and bus and pretty much any attraction in Boston! The rooms are nice and even have a towel warming rack! The front desk are very helpful and polite, offered great advice on where too eat and drink ;). Their lobby even has an amazing coffee, esspresso, hot chocolate, lattte and tea machine. No free breakfast,... More
