I spent a Saturday night. Close to restaurants and the Prudential center. Parking garage is right across the street. The hotel is staffed by friendly and excited employees. The hotel is much cheaper than the other Marriots in the area. I thought the hotel was much quieter. The front desk clerk upgraded my to two beds since my wife couldn't... More

Bernardo Gubert and his crew are AWESOME! I stayed here for two night two weeks in a row. The Front Desk and even the Valet guy (Jose) are awesome. The Location, Service and Friendliness of this property is OUTSTANDING! I definitely recommend it!

Stayed on a sunday night. Needed a good value near a Copley Square office because of client's budget constraints. Excellent location. Very clean and efficient. Helpful staff, and a good breakfast room.

Conveniently located in Copley Square you can't go wrong. Walking distance to shopping, food and bars. Only short drive to office, it was a the ideal place for all our travelers. Valet Parking available but not cheap but around the going rate for the area for parking costs. Breakfast and coffee but for a cost. Staff was great. Everyone I... More

Stayed a single overnight here while in Boston for a Red Sox game. Nice enough place. Clean & reasonably modern on the inside but overall not impressive. Hotel has earned the distinction of being the highest price I have ever paid for a standard king room for 2 adults at $350+ for a Saturday night in August. Valet parking was... More

My wife and I headed to Boston for the weekend to use a gift certificate to Top of the Hub we received from the kids. Wanting to use my Marriott points and be close to the restaurant I selected the Courtyard Boston Copley SQ. WOW – what a great surprise. Note Courtyards are where I like to stay – always... More

We stayed the weekend and couldn't be happier. The first night we arrived we were tired and hungry. The front desk manager showed us some of the area restaurants, recommended a few and then made our reservations. He managed to get us a nice seat on a very busy day. We were thrilled. The hotel rooms were large and the... More

The Courtyard on Exeter Street is a perfect hotel in a great location with wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for two nights at the end of January and had an excellent experience. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all our requests and questions. The room had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. I... More

This is a great choice if you want to be in the bustling Boylston Street Back Bay neighborhood. A little more modest than some of the other options in the area, Courtyard by Marriott (Copley Square) was just right for our brief college visit stay. The staff was welcoming and most helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Within walking... More

Staying in Back Bay

Neighborhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
