Stayed 3 nights in June 08. Excellent location, in the Italian district with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. Easy walk from accommodation to main attractions. Liked having use of kitchen. We shared 4th floor (shared kitchen, sitting area) with two different couples during our stay it wasn't a problem. Nice to meet fellow travellers. Used water taxi to/from airport... more

looking for a place to move to that was more affordable after a stay in town for a conference ..... discovered the LaCappella .... the north end was a definite attration. I've always avoided b&b's because the touchy feeliness of them, but that they were pretty hands off was an appeal. Arrived and was immediately charmed .... A friend and... more

The North End community is one of the most vibrant in all of Boston. If you want to be in it, stay here. If you want comfort, stay elsewhere. We loved the idea of a hands-off B&B, but we wound up feeling like we were not welcome. For instance, all towels, pillows and toiletries were very "Motel 6." Since there... more

Stayed for five nights at this Bed and Breakfast located in the heart of the North End. If you are looking for a bed and breakfast without the cheery, greets you every day to see how you are doing host, this is the place for you. Stayed here for two nights and it is a much cheaper option than Central Boston hotels/apartments.Stayed in the 2nd floor room which was spacious and had separate kitchen/sitting area plus a bathroom. In a very central location for the North End,Harbour and Markets areas.lots of nearby restaurants, bars and cafes. Why pay for reception desks, room service etc when you can have a good... more

My boyfriend and I stayed at La Cappella for three nights and found everything to be fantastic. We stayed in the Messina Room on the 5th floor and despite the walk up the stairs, it was well worth it! The room has a large balcony which we made great use of - sitting outside with a glass of wine in... more

This location can't be beat if you're looking to explore the North End of Boston. It is in the middle of Little Italy and steps away from the Freedom Trail and Paul Revere's House. The accommodations were wonderful and spacious. We chose to stay in the Vittoria Room which is on the fifth floor, There is no elevator but if... more

I chose La Cappella as a much more sensible choice than being ripped off USD 450+ per night in the Boston Marriott Long Wharf. In the Italian quarter you are surrounded with fantastic bars and restaurants..............the only problem is parking if you have a car. La Cappella was pretty well how I expected it. The rooms are immaculately clean and... more

We stayed 3 nights at La Capella Suites. When we arrived an enveloppe was expecting us in the hall with keys to the room etc. So we supposed there was no Inn Keeper in the house. The concept is like an appartement with several rooms and you share the kitchen with other guests. The fridge was filled with all we... more

We stayed here for three nights. The first night there wasn't any air conditioning on in the room and it was very hot. The innkeeper was no where to be found and we did not have a thermostat in the room. We hardly slept that night. The next day I called her and she said she would put it on.... more
