While this hotel didn't have many buzzes and whistles, it was clean, the rooms were nice, and the staff was very friendly. I did have room service while I was there as well, and while the selection was limited, the food was delicious and delivered incredibly quickly. I really have no complaints about this hotel. more

Upfront: this is not your average Res Inn. This is the upper upscale end of the chain, and if you show up with all your little kids and lots of luggage, the staff looks down their noses, even if you have rented *3* suites and are paying $32 a night for parking. Very nice hotel. Great location right on the Freedom Trail for visitors. Very nice service from the front desk giving you local insight to the breakfast crew giving kids toys.
