I stayed here for two nights, the front desk staff is nice, wi-fi is free, but the room is very small and old style, bathroom is absolutely dirty, They also serve free breakfast , but is no good, even coffee is bad, only location is good and convenience! It is priced based on the location and not the amenities, do... More

We stayed for a weekend trip. The room I booked off Trip Advisor said it was a king. Not so. The bed was a double. It was comfortable though! This is not the kind or room you want to spend any time in. It is run down, a bit dirty--like the doors were dusty, bathroom floor behind the toilet and... More

The staff was incredibly nice. But when I checked in got my room key went up stairs opened up my door there were beer bottles everywhere clothing scattered around the room I did not know what was going on. Went back downstairs in the elevator to the front desk I said I think somebody's in my room. They assured me... More

For the $ you will get a good deal compared to other hotels in the area. But, once you see the outdated bathroom and small room you'll understand why you probably paid a little less. But don't get me wrong, it's worth staying here based on location and proximity to everything.

For $200+ a night I expected more. The room was small and aged. The mattress was uncomfortable, felt very old. I was unable to change the channels on the television and when I called the front desk they apologized and noted that the technical assistance person had left for the day. It was 8 pm.

Friendly staff, clean, quiet but somewhat dated but that's fine with me. No amenities but you don't need them at this location. Central to most everything , a block from GreenLine T. Good value. I'm staying again soon

The hotel is not all bad so I will start with the good. The staff is friendly, the Wi-Fi and breakfast are free, and the location is great. What trumps all that is that the rooms are absolutely disgusting. I had to wear flip flops in bathroom. There was mold throughout, that was splattered liquid on the wall and there... More

This is the hotel that you end up staying in when you need a last minute room in central Boston. It is priced based on the location and not the amenities, do not stay here if you are looking for a comfortable room. The hotel is situated inside of a larger building with a very dark and unusual lobby entrance... More

Location is great for Copley Square and close to two T stations. The room itself though was average. Small room, old fixtures, unappealing bedding, electric light that makes buzzing noise when on, front desk not very helpful, and a so-so continental breakfast. Best thing about the hotel is location.
