This old mansion has been nicely restored appropriately for its period. Lots of privacy, great breakfasts included, free parking. It is an easy walk to Jamaica Plain commercial area, or Jamaica Pond. There are lots of good restaurants and pubs in Jamaica Plain.

What a wonderful, friendly place. Right down to Jamie, the sweet potato eating golden retriever. We had a great stay and breakfast was amazing! Absolutely loved staying at the Taylor House. Fully restored to it's original beauty with all the modern upgrades. No doubt every detail was attended to in the design of this place. I spent one night here when I was in the area for a family celebration. The proprietors were very nice, very gracious and my bed was very comfortable. This is an old house and the rooms don't appear to be updated. Most of the rooms downstairs did not have furnishings in them and I was wondering why, but didn't ask.... More
