I have stayed at Nine Zero for a combination work and leisure weekend. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are cutting edge and fun, but most importantly the customer attention is top notch. The staff at nine zero is friendly, professional, helpful and second to none. I think that they actually anticipate your needs before you do. Recommend highly!

First time in Boston and this hotel was an ideal place to stop. Rooms are very comfortable if the beds are a bit small by American standards. Staff friendly and helpful. Great spot next to Boston common. Get on the Tram tour,its a great way to see this lovely city but its also easy to walk around.
