This hotel is not a close walk to the T but the hotel does have a shuttle service. We would take the shuttle in the mornings but could have a bit of a wait for it. The shuttle drivers are quite nice. At the end of the day, it was easier to just take the bus back to the hotel.... more

My mom and I booked a reservation here for me to have surgery at a hospital in Boston. However, as soon as we pulled up to the hotel we felt very unsafe. Located in a horrible part of city; would not have wanted to walk anywhere from hotel. Parking was in a seemingly vacant lot across the street from hotel. Missing articles of clothing after stay. Desk help was nice and they did offer free shuttle service to various points. more
