Pouring rain as I arrived with my wife and daughter and watched the doorman talk to a driver in a lemo. As our luggage got wetter, I not only had to unload our cab, but open the door for us as well. The conciergie greeted us and apologized for our troubles. In our stay we were never greated by name... More

I was at the Ritz in Boston for the past 5 nights for vacation. It is unique in that they only occupy 4 floors in a Ritz Carlton residence building. There is a full LA Sports Club one can use, and it is right across from the Commons, very well located. The Club floor service is amazing, and they cannot... More

Like many Ritz Carltons in major cities, this one is almost always booked. My husband stays here for business about a dozen times a year and every now and then I visit with him. I love the location and proximity to downtown, and the ability to enjoy the in-house amenities such as 24 hr. in room dining (which is rare... More

Having stayed at MANY Ritz Carlton's around the country I was hesitant to stay at the Philly Ritz. I haven't heard the best things about this Ritz but my visit here proved otherwise. The staff is AMAZING and all of them are pleasant and very helpful. The lobby here beats the Four Seasons in Philly (another hotel I have stayed... More

This is probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The service was gracious. The room was very comfortable, on the club level and I had access to the club where they serve delicious light meals throughout the day. Everything was understated and elegant but not stuffy. I was here on business and so happy to return to the hotel... More

We seriously could have become squatters! This hotel room was so perfect, the Boston Police Department might have had to extract us from it if we weren't fine, upstanding citizens! We were fortunate to be upgraded to a corner suite overlooking the Common, with windows covering both the outside walls. The views of the park and the Massachusetts State House... More

The only reason I can't give 5 stars is a slight lack of lobby appeal. However, for a hotel in the midst of the city with great access to all the wonders of Boston I suppose not having some grand lobby is fine. The customer service was amazing, rooms were generously sized, comfy beds and lovely en-suite bath. We were... More

Located right by the park in the center, well maintained, great friendly staff, luxury rooms. Access to the huge LA Sports Club in the tower for $15. No go is that you are still charged for Wifi in your room.

The Ritz Carlton in Boston Common is a great accommodation for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect! We were in the middle of everything! The service was as it should be, only the best. Me and my fiance lucked out when we stayed there because we bumped into Comedian Tracy Morgan at the concierge desk and saw that the... More

Entering in the small street is not a great set up for this wonderful hotel. We have stayed here many times and have really enjoyed each stay. The welcoming attitude and attentive service of the staff is a joy. Breakfast here is excellent. I sometimes think that they welcome our golden retriever more than us. The hotel is most convenient...
