I stayed at the Ritz Carlton Boston Common from July 13, 2009 through July 15, 2009 and could not have been more impressed. The property had a very intimate feel and really had a "Boutique" quality to it. I had a reservation for one room on my first evening there with a promise of a connecting room the following night... more

We recently stay over the 4th of July Holiday Weekend. Paid extra for a deluxe suite with a view of the Park. The room was definitely not a view of the park, more like a view of the roof top. DELUXE - Yea right. My husband and I went out and came back to the hotel around 12am. We went... more

I travel to Boston about every 6 months, each time I stay at the Ritz-Carlton. The service is incredible! You are warmly welcomed by everyone. Anything you need is available for you. The entire hotel is very clean, with the exception of the vases in the hallway..people tend to throw garbage in them, and I suppose housekeeping doesnt notice. The... more

This hotel seems to get mixed reviews. It may not be the best Ritz Carlton but it is certainly a very nice hotel. When we checked in it was a little busy, but the hotel staff handled the situation very well and efficiently. Our room was good sized and comfortable. It may not have had a major wow factor, but... more

When it was a birthday the place I wanted to be was Boston. Last January, I stayed in the new and wonderful Ritz Carlton White Plains. So, the first hotel I looked to stay anywhere was the Ritz Carlton. Upon arrival, I noticed the relatively small lobby, and one doorman manning the doors (the website did show 2). The bell-hop... more

I went with my mom over the summer for just a girls night getaway and I swear I don't think I've ever experienced anything so amazing. The staff was incredible, only caring what I needed. The room was just pure luxury (and I definitely had the best sleep in the fluffy bed!). For breakfast we went down to the restaurant... more

The Ritz-Carlton, Boston Common is a small upscale hotel located just off Boston Common park. The hotel is not overly luxurious nor overly modern. It's a very comfortable hotel. It doesn't have a wow factor or anything, however its a very quiet and understated which is nice when in staying in a city. We had drinks at the bar and... more

- Our stay got off to a bad start, with us having to move to the Hyatt for one night due to a double-booking. However, the staff more than made up for this with an upgrade to a park view suite for the rest of our stay. - Very friendly staff, excellent service, comfortable rooms and excellent location for both... more

This Ritz Carlton has spacious bathrooms and well equipped suites. It is in a good location across from the Boston Common area. However, the decor is drab and the food was bad and overpriced. The service was inconsistent. One day, they go out of their way to help you and the next, they don't have a clue. Upon check in,... more
