Hotel exceeded my expectations. We arrived to a super friendly, helpful staff. Our room was spacious and clean, bed very comfy. The bathrooms were tiny, but the towels were abundant soft and clean and products nice. Our room had a flat screen TV, good size refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. The pool was adequate but they did have a lifeguard on... more

We stayed at this hotel for the Boston Marathon. The staff was very helpful and even let us check in at 7:30 am when we arrived! Our room was a little older than the ones pictured on the website, but I think that was because they gave us what they had available at that time. It was very clean with... more

Great location, OK service, room was on the Executive floor and quite good. Really can't complain about price as Boston is pretty pricey. I'd stay here again. more

This hotel is in a great location. It's just a few blocks from the T stop, and in the beautiful Beacon Hill neighborhood. In addition, it is next door to a Whole Foods and CVS Pharmacy (great if you're traveling with children!). From this location, you can get about anywhere in the city within 10-15 minutes on the T. It... more

Had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn at Beacon Hill in Boston in April of 2008. I got a great rate thru Travelocity. I went for a business trip and arrived at the Hotel at 9 AM expecting to stash my suitcase, but the reception checked me in and gave me a room right away. The porter was very... more

All Boston hotels seem to be overpriced and the Holiday Inn is no exception. The room was clean but small , so small that the toilet door did not open fully as it banged into the toilet bowl. The furniture in the room was old and mismatching and some of it was damaged. Our front door looked like it had... more

We booked a room for 2 nights via Priceline and were very happily surprised. The location is key in Boston, and hotels are SUPER expensive mid week in the downtown area. We were happily surprised by this Holiday Inn! Great location to walk around town from. Suggestions: Parking is an issue in Boston- $32/day next door self parking- if you... more

Booked the Holiday Inn through Hotwire for $75 a night - when we rang in advance and asked for a twin room they said they could not promise anything because we booked through a third party. When we arrived we did get a twin room - double beds - rooms are small, bathroom very small, but clean and great showers.... more

We booked a room for three for one night through Hotwire, for less than $100, which is really a good deal. The room wasn't anything special, however the location and price made this a nice choice. Our room was on the third floor and faced the parking lot of Whole Foods, but we weren't staying in the room for much... more
