I understand that the property is undergoing renovation but there are a few things that are simply inexcusable. The biggest problem was the cleanliness of my room. Staff were helpful and we appreciated the smooth check in after flying in from London. The room was clean with comfortable beds. Good location but trying to get one of the cab drivers who were hanging around outside to take us to the airport the next day was quite an ordeal. Do not eat at the first floor restaurant. Some of the most horrendous food that I have eaten in my life. Very convenient to MGH. Standard room. Staff can be a little rude.

I am sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. We normally get the best comments about our staff - I do also apologize that they were rude toward you. I do want you to know that we are totally overhauling the restaurant this winter during our renovation. I do hope you give us another chance and see the improvements.

My husband and I stayed the night here last weekend. Because his company was having their holiday party in the NorthEnd in Boston.
The price was right!! The room was quite large, and the bed was comfy to sleep on.

Compared with other Boston hotels you get good value here. The location is good if you want to walk or the T is 2 blocks away.
