Hotel was clean, doormen never there to open doors or carry luggage in at check in. Had to carry it all by ourselves to our room. During check out sent my son to get a cart. Bellman came up and told us we weren't allowed to bring the bags down.

Stayed two nights and I wasn't impressed. Bathroom in my room lacked the attention to detailed cleaning. Dirty wash cloth still hanging in the shower. Good location,somewhat dated facility,executive floor had no locked access-anyone could just select floor in elevator,staff accomadating.

When our original condo plans changed at the last minute, we were able to book the Wyndham Beacon Hill at a reasonable rate, especially compared to other Boston hotels. The hotel was in an excellent location and we loved our stay. The only very small complaint we had was the bell boy stealing the luggage cart from me and telling me it wasn't for guests to touch. Odd experience but overall the stay was great.
