My stay was from June15-18. My husband was there on business, and we decided to make it a family trip. We were assigned a room on the 11th floor. I found the room to be quite large, and just having been to New York, it looked like a whole apartment. The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem was... more

My husband surprised me with a weekend stay in Boston with two of our friends. We arrived at the Holiday Inn on Friday evening. We parked the car ourselves in the parking garage next to the hotel. Parking was $32 for 24 hours. Check in was easy & quick. We had a room on the 6th floor. The room was... more

This hotel was in an excellent location for our needs. The rooms were small, and the wallpaper and furniture showed a lot of wear (nicks, smudges, etc.). The bathroom was just big enough and clean. We had two different rooms in this hotel; one was less banged up than the other. We booked through hotwire, and for the discount price... more

This was a great hotel for customer service. The front desk accomodated 2 special room requests even though they were full. The night conciere, Willie, spent lots of time going over best places to eat for different menus, locations and price ranges. He gave us a personal card to give one restaurant and they treated us like kings. We tried... more

This hotel met the standards I generally expect of a hotel of this type. It is absolutely nothing special, but no major shortcomings either. I was surprised to note that on Tripadvisor, it was ranked as 60th out of 75 hotels reviewed in Boston at the time I booked. This suggests this hotel is pretty awful, or the other 59... more

We stayed here on Memorial Day weekend and got it through Hotwire for $89 for Sunday night. It was worth it. It normally runs $300 a night but I would not pay that. It really is not that classy. It is clean, efficient, close to Faneuil Hall and the T and in a very nice area. We drove to the... more

My wife and I stayed here the Sunday before Memorial Day because we had a wedding Sunday evening not far away. Since I knew that we would not arrive until around 2pm, leave for the wedding at 5:30 pm, come back at midnight, and check out at 8:30am to beat the traffic going home, all I wanted was a clean... more

I checked in and my card was declined for the incidentals. I gave the front attendant $80.00 to cover the incidentals. She printed the contract and asked me to initial two spots and signs the bottom. Following her instructions I signed it and initialed both areas as well as the area that shows the deposit. It stated only cash so... more

I kind of knew a bit of what to expect with the bathroom door hitting the toilet, the less than perfect wallpaper, and the slow elevators, but really!? As long as we feel safe, can sleep, have access to nearby attractions and food, we're good to go. Excellent location, very close to Charles/MGH t-stop. Easy walk to Fanueil/Quincy Mkt. Easy... more
