Nice hotel, typical Holiday Inn quality (i.e. good) and a great location in that you can walk to major attractions within half an hour! The new Holiday Inns are great; this is not a new Holiday Inn...dont let the new green sign fool you! The rooms were not ready at check in, stale smell on floor, elevator, dirty carpet, didnt feel like I could EVER take my shoes off, outdated and scuffed up furniture, no amenities....bring your own toiletries! This is a great central location. We had a wonderful large room and an early check in. A room on the opposite side of the hospital is optimal. There is a Whole Foods, CVS, and a bagel resturant a few steps from the hotel. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. more

I have stayed at this hotel before and had very good service with teh Valet but now the valet is aweful.but the front desk is very nice but not helpful with my issue My recomendation is to not use the Valet service unless you need to be goign in and out many times. They use the same parking garge arround... more
