The hotel needs a complete make over. The hallways are well worn. This is one step up from an old motel. The room however was clean and well decorated, but small. Furniture and wall paper were nice. The rug was clean, but worn. The bathroom sink had cigarette burns even though the room was billed as a non-smoking room. Wall... more

This hotel limps across the threshhold of adequacy. The cable works ... mostly. The AC works ... mostly. The wireless network works ... mostly. The fitness center is in a 'sister hotel' a few blocks away. The shower-head seems placed to accomodate midgets (I'm unusually tall, but even so it was fairly ludicrous). The room was otherwise adequate -- clean,... more

We were there with a group of boys for a basketball tournament. The rooms were ok but not great. We had requested a non-smoking room but, even though there was a sign on the door indicating it was non-smoking, it was obvious that at some time in the past, it had been a smoking room. The underlying smell never leaves.... more

My wife and I stayed at the Ramada for one night under the Park, Sleep & Fly Package. This deal allows you to stay one night and park your car for up to 14 nights for flights from Logan airport. There is a shuttle that runs every hour on the hour to Logan ( 24 hours a day). The hotel... more

We stayed here on a two day trip from New York. What a dreadful place. It was miles from the city centre. The rooms were pretty bad considering the price we paid. It was like staying in the middle of an industrial estate. No facility to even get a drink when we arrived back to the hotel. Pay extra for... more

The double queen room that I booked was of an average size, pretty much what one would expect from a Ramada. However, since I had unwittingly booked a smoking room, and so it reeked of smoke. Also it looked as though it had not been redecorated since 1983 (quite why such a specific date I do not know either). The... more

I was satisified with this Ramada Inn. Some of the negative items are true, like the curtain wall reduces fresh air circulation. I bet this is appreciated in the winter. In the summer I found it only mildly offensive. It's true the T shuttle can fill up, but timing ones activities could eliminate that problem. For instance, I didn't have... more

We used the Ramada Inn Boston's Sleep, Park and Fly plan on our way to Jamaica last week and it was great. The cost of the hotel was very reasonable and allowed us to drive down to Boston (a three hour drive)the day before our very early flight to Jamaica (4:30am). Plus the cost to park the car, stay at... more

Our trip to the New England Aquarium (Feb 25-27) included 2 nights at the Ramada Inn Boston. Place looked and sounded great by the websites I looked at and by the pictures, but when we got our room, we were very disappointed. Room was so incredibly small and had 2 double beds which left such little room for more than... more
