The staff at the front desk are not friendly. The continental breakfast that is suppose to be for guests, is eaten every morning by the staff, who are also sitting at the tables. Our shuttle bus was an hour late picking us up from the airport, the hotel front desk staff were extremely rude from the time we checked in.
