Really good location and close to most main attractions in boston. Flat was ideal for our two kids and ourselves and a lot better than sharing a hotel room. Flat was compact with two small bedrooms, small kitchen living room and toilet. All rooms were clean and comfortable. We would use this again if staying in boston

We stayed here in July 2015. Located directly beneath the Penthouse, this apartment is noisy. There is no insulation between the floors and we could hear every footstep that was taken in the penthouse overhead, along with conversation. Plus there was a pulsating buzz (likely caused by outside air conditioner compressors), that resonated through the bed, making sleep very difficult!... More

We stayed in the bi- level 2 bedroom/ 1.5 bathrooms. The flat Is in a lovely building and the location is excellent. We walked everywhere and we felt very safe walking around at night. It is also large, with two living areas and lots of storage which I had not expected. I now understand that a "half bath" in the USA means... More

we rented a 3 bedroom/2 bath unit at 113 Beacon St. The location is great BUT, 2 of the beds consisted of mattresses laid on a raised floor. Our husbands could not even stand up! The bathrooms were in poor shape and in dire need of renovation. Much of the furniture was tired and worn. The ac window unit was... More

My husband and I stayed in a lovely furnished apartment in the heart of Boston. The location was perfect - just off the Boston Commons with easy access to the T, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment - and the accommodations were perfect - furnished one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, TV and cable, 20 foot ceilings, and great security. I... More

5 friends and I stayed at 113 Beacon St, Apt 6front. First off, it was in a great section of Boston. Mostly walking distance to all locations. About 10-15 minute walk to Fanuiel Hall, little longer to the Fenway area. All very nice brownstones on the street with free parking after 6pm Friday. (big plus) For the location as well... More

Beautiful brownstone, great location, decent size. Beds were very comfy. Living room was incredibly cramped when the blow up mattress tried to be inflated. At check in the furniture was in disarray but management sent someone to fix it and also gave us our one bedroom apt a night early as there was no pull out couch as promised. Everything... More

Staying in Back Bay

Neighborhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
