Note to self: don't rely on the website, check the reviews next time. Also, we are still here for another night (unfortunately). The photos on the site are deceiving. Room size is large but I am not too picky about size. The online photos made it seem like all rooms had a kitchenette. We had a small fridge, microwave, and... More

The room was average, especially for the price. The hotel was in a good location for us and had a shuttle. The worst part were the walls and the fact we could hear people in all of the rooms next to us. If you're looking for a decent nights sleep, you won't find it here.

After reading some less than stellar reviews, I was nervous as I checked in yesterday. What I found was pleasantly surprising! Friendly desk staff, who were knowledgable of the area and could answer all of our questions. Our room was clean, and plenty big (somewhat outdated and unconventional but it didn't bother us in the slightest.) We came to Boston... More

My friend and I spent 3 nights at the Constitution Inn and we were quite pleased with our stay. It's located in the Charlestown naval yards and only a short walk from the waterfront. Check-in was prompt and the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Sure, it's a little dated and the rooms could do with an update,... More

We stayed at the Constitution Inn while in Boston for a work conference. We wanted something inexpensive that was relatively close to downtown - which is exactly what we got. The room was clean, though not updated. It was VERY spacious - we were not expecting to have such a large bedroom, two closets, and a full kitchen and living... More

We stayed here last weekend and it was by far the worst stay we've ever had. The website made it look like a quality hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and promptly checked us in. The first thing that we noticed was the amount of druggie zombies aimlessly walking the halls. It seemed that they lived there. The room was... More

Stayed December 12th until 14th. Seems to be an old YMCA converted I to a hotel. I was going into it expecting the worst, came out pleasantly surprised. It's about a 5 min drive from downtown Boston. Free shuttle is offered to guests which makes getting around easy. The rooms are old and a bit dated, yet clean. The bathrooms need... More

We spent 3 nights at the Constitution Inn and were well pleased with the size and cleanliness of our room. The location in Charlestown is about a mile from North Station, an easy walk across the Charles River. There is a bus that comes a few blocks from the Inn, but we only managed to catch it twice, both times... More

Do not believe their website. The pictures and the description is exaggerated. I booked it through groupon, checked their website out and all...thought it was decent by their descriptions of the location and pics. This place is on a creepy part of Charleston, not even waterfront...near water. The front of the hotel was under construction. The back of it appears... More

Dear guest, I am very sorry our hotel did not meet your expectations. We are located in The Charlestown Navy Yard, only few minutes away for the water front. The garage is located few blocks away from the hotel, and our guests can park there for $10/day. If you choose to take public transportation, the neighborhood shuttle bus is free... More

Extremely Good Rooms, that are kept extremely well. Great facilities, which included a gym and a swimming Poole, which are kept in good condition. The sleep was great, however the vending machines were broken and occasionally did not return the money put into it.
