Myself and my parents arrived after 10 hours of traveling all we wanted to do was eat and sleep when we arrived they had no room ready for us. When we eventually got the room instead of being room with 2 double beds I had to sleep on a cot, where you could feel every spring in the mattress! Luckily... More

We have stayed in this hotel 4 times and every time it has been extremely loud, this last time was over the top with people having an argument in the room next door at 1am, slamming doors and yelling loudly. In the past there's just a lot of activity in the hall late into the night and early in the... More

One word....John! Give this man a raise! Front desk clerk was mapping out directions for me. I didn't have my reading glasses handy, and he offered me his pair. Then a not so pleasant incident occurred. John immediately approached me, and assured me that everything will be handled properly. It's small, kind gestures like these that make a hotel successful.... More

We booked in advance, everything perfect during the stay. Nice people, reasonable coffee... But we payed cash (leaving credit card for incidentals)... And getting back home two of us had been charged the room in the credit card! Complained but no solution so far....

I stayed at this hotel one night for business. Where do I start. The hallway had a sewage smell, my room key did not work but I think it was the actual reader on the door because you had to put it in and swipe it up and down really fast about five times for it to work, the wall... More

Spent 2 nights here. Check-in was easy, Sara at front desk was very courteous & helpful. Used their shuttle free shuttle service to the subway station. Hotel is located adjacent to a shopping center which could be convenient if you need something. Breakfast items included: cereals, juices, breads, teas, pancakes, fruits, & the egg patty with cheese . Breakfast was... More

Whenever I need an overnight stay near Logan airport to catch a plane the next day, I stay at this hotel and leave my car in their lot, usually for a week or two. Last week I returned after 2 weeks away, to find I had a flat battery. I asked at the front desk if there was anyone who... More

Unlike most hotels, this one's AAA cancellation policy is 6PM the day before. We had to cancel our trip at last minute and were charged full amount, even though hotel was sold out. The guy on online chat wouldn't even talk to me or answer my questions when I explained the problem (transcript available from me on request). Calls directly... More
