We rent 2 rooms in July. The guest house is nice, very close to Newbury Street, no elevators but we found one room with dirty and used bedlinen. Because the service during the night (10 p.m.) is very poor we had many problems to obtain clean linen. So, if you would stay at 463 check the room before paying! more
