This was my second time staying at the Copley House and I figured that I should write a review. This is of course not your typical hotel, as they are actually apartments that you are renting for the length of your stay. Oddly enough, both times, I got apt #501, I think that it may be kismet or something. The...

We stayed at the residence on Saint Stephens on Thursday, 21 July. We were extremely disappointed in the accomodations. We felt we paid for a residence closer to Prudential Center, Copley Plaza, etc only to find that we were much further than we originally thought when booking the reservation. In addition, the air conditioner window unit barely worked and we...

We booked two rooms through hotels.com, upon arriving at the Copley House they didn't want to honor the rate from our reservation. It took over 40 minutes for the manager to finally agree to honor the reservation -- she blamed the "mistake" on an employee that wasn't present.

At first I was surprised that it wasn't all the same building- our 'apartment' ended up being a bit further down the street. But it was fine, bed was ok and was made each day. This was a great place for our family to stay while sight-seeing in Boston. It's not far from MBTA rail stop, so it was easy for us to get around. Our rooms were clean; we loved having a kitchen available. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in a small studio with two friends. We were looking for an economical way to stay in central Boston, and this was a great option. Cute and safe neighborhood of brownstones, near the Prudential and Back Bay T stops.
It was nice to have a refrigerator and kitchenette for snacks and morning beverages. There is a park and...

Great location and clean rooms. I was in a one bedroom suite with two adults and 3 teenagers. The bed was comfortable, the pull out sofa was *very* uncomfortable. The bedding that was provided for the pullout sofa was inadequate, only a blanket and no bedspread or comforter, my kids froze. I called the next morning for a comforter or...
