We stayed for two night before leaving on a cruise. My husband had never been to Boston and the Millennium Bostonian Hotel was perfect for our visit! The location across the street from Faneuil Hall and Quincey Market was perfect. I will say the room was a little funky with a staircase leading down into the bedroom - bit a... More

Everything you would expect and more. Efficient and polite staff, a spacious and attractive reception area, a large, clean and comfortable room and a roof terrace. Ideal location, right by Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market, with endless dinner opportunities in Little Italy. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this hotel was its best asset. Right beside Quincey Market , near the port , close to the north end Italian district . But it ends at that. We upgraded to a balcony , stupid money as you can not even sit on the balcony. Total waste of money and you can not complain to anyone. No... More

Loved this hotel and the location. In the middle of and walking distance to almost everything! We even walked to Fenway. We did take a cab home since we were tired. Across the street from lots of shopping, eating, drinking and entertainment.

Well we returned to Boston to stay at the Hotel which we really like but it is getting to the point that it is becoming ridiculous with reservations. We booked two rooms 6 months ago. We arrived Saturday morning around 11:30AM knowing that check in would not be until 3pm but were going to catch the ball game at Fenway.... More

Dear Senior Contributor, With my sincere apologies, it is apparent that your reservation was misread by our guest service agent and I know we can agree that this is not acceptable. My personal apologies. Be assured that I will review your comments with my team and although we are not able to identify your stay, due to privacy rights, the... More

We have been to this hotel quite a few times and have always been pleased with the service and staff. Well this time was a disappointment. We came with two other couples for a one night stay. Two off us arrived first and room were not ready. We were early. So we left our bags and checked in early and... More

Dear Senior Reviewer, My sincere apologies as no one is more disappointed than I, as the general manager, when one of my guests departs with this impression. As far as adjoining rooms, it is most difficult in the summer months, during peak tourist season as we attempt to accommodate families first, and then will do our best to honor 'requests'.... More

The Milennium is absolutely hands down my favorite Boston Hotel. Not only do their very large, spotlessly clean rooms boast all, and I do mean all the amenities, their staff is a cut above what you would expect to fine at a first class hotel. From Housekeeping to the front desk, to the bell staff, to the wait staff in... More

Dear Contributor, We appreciate your recent visit and my team, and I, welcome all comments and surely yours' offer testament to our guest service commitment. Traveling overnight is never easy and our team is accustomed to our west coast arrivals and will make every effort to accommodate. The high quality customer service, warm hospitality and helpful professional staff, made my stay in Boston outstanding! I am working towards relocating to the Boston area and was in town for meetings and networking for the first time. Everyone from the valets / bellman outside, the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff made me feel welcome and secure as... More

Dear Nashville, We are so pleased to see that our 'Northern Hospitality' met with the approval of a true southern visitor! Our housekeeping team, most of which has been with the hotel for an average of 12+ years, know the importance of a consistent product and are very proud of their hotel. This type of ongoing initiative is, at times... More

We arrive at boston on an over night flight from Reno and arrived at 8 am feeling tired and in need of Bath with two children in tow. Was pleasantly surprised when we were checked in and showed to our room at 8 am without any request on our parts. Room was wonderful, clean and spacious. It's a quaint hotel... More

Dear Contributor, Thank you for your comments, and traveling with young children on a red eye, which I have done, is troublesome enough and I am thrilled to hear of my teams seamless check-in to accommodate. We realize that the Sunday fire alarm was inconvenient for all of our guests, and will review our announcements surrounding evacuation as this is... More
