Stayed here during the Boston Marathon weekend and Monday. The staff (everyone from the parking attendants to the front desk staff) is very helpful and accommodating. My king size bed was very comfortable and I had my choice of pillows varying from firm to soft. The location of this hotel is great, right beside Quincy Market. The hotel is near... More

This is my favorite place to stay in Boston. Great location with a balcony overlooking Quincy Market. My girlfriend and I have stayed here on multiple occasions and loved it every time. Very entertaining people-watching when you are pre-gaming in the room. Everything is close by so you can walk or take a bike taxi. I will always pay a... More

This is the best hotel in Boston in my opinion. It is in the best location, for the best price, and nicest rooms. I now book here every time I stay in Boston if possible. I have never been disappointed. I have stayed in all rooms - from one with a fireplace, to balcony, to the cheapest room, and I... More

I've stayed at this hotel a few times for work. Overall, I've been impressed. It has a great location for visiting downtown Boston. Most of the times I have stayed, my room has had a great view of the Quincy Market and downtown. The rooms themselves are great, particularly the bathroom, which has a great shower. The lounge areas are... More

Planned a girls get away for the Saturday in March. The hotel was fantastic! The customer service was top notch! Bright beautiful clean room. Just across the street from Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall. We had a handicap room that was very spacious. If I had to find fault it would be the price, very expensive for a 1 night... More

My husband and I stayed the first weekend of March at this hotel and were satisfied with what we got for the price. We stayed on the top floor (7th) in a room with a king sized bed and had an ok view overlooking a main street and office buildings. We paid approx. $170/night (CDN) but wouldn't pay more than... Stayed one night here mid week. In super location by Faneuil hall. Friendly staff. Room was small but nicely appointed. Could pay a little more attention to some details like rug stains in hallway, ripped sheets and keeping coffee out to available guests past 830 am since no coffee machines in room. Also had issue with our balcony door flying... More

Dear Top Contributor, We welcome your comments and thank you for your recent stay at Millennium Bostonian Hotel. Our team is already addressing the items identified and we are scheduling hallway carpet replacements in the near future, this due to an inherent shading defect. Hence, our apologies as this may appear to be water marks through the pattern. As a... More

Stayed at this property on 3/1/14. I asked for a higher floor and was surprised to be upgraded to a one bedroom suite with a balcony overlooking Faneuil Hall. Super upgrade with the package deal that I reserved online, which came with a $50 credit for breakfast. The room was gorgeous. We have the other two couples that were also... More

My room was quite comfortable. The hotel has a boutique feel. The location is perfect for exploring the city and is walking distance from most cool neighborhoods. It is around the corner from the Union Oyster house for an afternoon snack, Boston style.

Out of all of the Millennium hotels at which I've stayed, this one has the worst customer service, by far. To be fair, there are some good folks there, but there seem to be several staff members that treat the guest as an inconvenience. I've stayed at this hotel three times so far this year, and will not stay again.... More
