The Langham is a very conservative hotel with a lot of international patrons. The moment you walk in you notice the sparkle of the hotel. It is very clean and everyone who works there greets you with a smile. I was a little surprised at the check-in desk to find one person working which made the wait after a long... More

We were in town for a wedding and had a blast. The hotel was just perfect. The experience begins in the lobby, where you get hit with the pleasant scent of flowers. The rooms are impeccably appointed and the staff is knowledgable and friendly. We give this place an A+!

I have just returned to the UK after a wonderful stay at the Langham with my husband to celebrate his 60th birthday. I stayed at this hotel in 2012 with a friend and was so impressed that I chose it again. I was not sure if it would live up to my expectations but I have to say it surpassed... More

We travelled to Boston from the Uk and stayed at Langham for 3 nights on route to Hyannis and New York. Hotel is very tranquil. Staff are very helpful and rooms lovely with daily linen change and night time turn down. Children especially enjoyed the evening chocolates! We didn't eat here but did go to the bar for drinks -... Great hotel, the beds were perfect and the staff was all very helpful. We normally don't stay at hotels like this one however we got a great deal on it. We are used to taking care of ourselves and this place does everything for you (except your bathroom duties) but they may. I did not like the fact that they... More

Luxury hotel with turn down service. Clean and comfortable, lots of thick towels, bathrobes, free wifi. Location is convenient to the waterfront (Aquarium), North End and "Downtown Crossing" Park Street shopping area, and not too far from Charles Street/Beacon Hill. It is on the far end of the Common and Boston Garden from Newbury Street and that upscale neighborhood. However,... More

In Boston on holiday or business, this hotel is an excellent choice. It's central to business and to fun. Walking distance to good food. Subway is close. Shopping is just around the corner. Airport is just a short cab ride away.

We were looking for a quality hotel close to the Freedom Trail area in Boston and the Langham really fit the bill! Hotel rooms are beautiful, fully equipped and quiet. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant has just enough selection to please all and the bar has a quiet nightclub atmosphere to relax after a long day of... More

While college touring, my family and I stayed at The Langham and were more than pleased. The lobby exuded elegance with the little bar that had a "Tea Time" and nice furnishings. We assumed the rooms were going to be very old as the hotel has only renovated the lobby, but we were in for a pleasant surprise when we... More
