I visited this hotel with family August of this year, based on all of the positive reviews. I can honestly say that this was one of the most enjoyable stays at a hotel that we've ever experienced. Not only is the hotel beautiful, but the staff is absolutely wonderful. From check in to check out, everything was streamlined and pleasant.... More

Spent 3 nights here with 3 other couples and had a great time. Friendly helpful staff. Walking distance to Fenway, river, and a bit longer to North End but lots of sights on the way. Rooms are small but nice enough and clean. Enjoyed hanging out in the attached pub and the free tea and coffee and water bottles in... More

I have stayed in some of the best hotels in Europe but the lenox is very special. Welcoming receptionists, outstanding concierge, porters and staff. A free upgrade gave a super corner room with two queen beds and lovely ambiance. The location in back bay is probably better than any other hotel in Boston with access to the T, shopping, parks,... The Lenox might have the best staff, top to bottom, of any hotel I've visited. You can tell that it's a priority, and you can also see how well management has trained the Lenox staff. It's all the little things they do, seemingly effortlessly and without thinking, to make sure you feel welcome, from the "welcome back" greeting at the... More

Great location on Boylston & Exeter St close to restaurants, shops and the T. Staff were wonderful, always pleasant and eager to help and exceeded our expectations. Room was spotless and maid service was faultless. Would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend.

When you are coming to Boston. The lenox is the place to STAY!!! We came in on a Friday night after a long drive up from New Jersey to be met by Alex at the front desk with a smiling face. Now this is what I love about the Lenox. They had found out that we where helping our daughter... More

We pulled up to the Lenox stressed and cranky because we had arrived in the middle of rush hour. That was about to change big time! Unlike most hotels, at the Lenox you are met not by a valet but by an employee who just starts to take charge of everything, and then walks you into the hotel. Our guy... More

All hotels should take a page out of The Lexox Hotels book of how to treat guests! From our first encounter with the bell man, to the check-in desk, to the concierge, to housekeeping, ALL were more than accommodating! They acted like they were truly happy we were there. We booked through Priceline. I used to think that we would... More

Not only is the location a paramount one in Boston, but the hidden jewel is the staff, who are not only friendly and very helpful, epitomized by the concierge Nate Gual. He lined up all of our 57th anniversary happenings (dinner reservations, wine for the room, and he even put Uber on my IPhone). The room upgrade was unexpected, but appreciated.... More
