We returned to the Lenox as we always love this hotel. It did not disappoint. They have little touches to make you feel appreciated as a returning guest and Stash member. Every aspect of the stay was wonderful. The place is very clean, the hotel is lovely, rooms comfortable, and an amazing big screen tv as well. Of course, the... More

Amazing service that far exceeded our expectations. Everyone was friendly, helpful and quick to respond. We stay at great hotels around the world and I would put this service up against any of them. Shout out to Erin at the front desk and Sid the bell man. The locating is also very good.

We spent five days at the Lenox and it was a good choice as that is a long stay for us in one hotel while on vacation so we took care in selecting it. The location is excellent and we walked a ton... to the Freedom Trail, the wharf, Boston Common, the Theater District and a few more. Newbury Street... More

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at this lovely, classic hotel. We received a complimentary upgrade to a corner junior suite with a fireplace and a complimentary bottle of wine. The room was very spacious and had a large flat screen TV over the fireplace. However, the bathroom was on the small side so there was a shower/tub combo... More

My husband and I recently stayed here for 5 nights and we LOVED The Lenox! The ambiance is perfect, down to the candles they burn to scent the lobby. Our room was quite large, housekeeping was wonderful, as was all of the staff we encountered. The location is fabulous! Close to everything. This will be our hotel of choice when... More

This hotel is very central to all you will need to do in Boston, which is a great city. The hotel is about 100 years old from memory and has been updated very well. Our room was large (1107) with a large walk in robe, but a very small bathroom. The use of space seemed a bit odd. The hotel... More

Excellent location, five minutes away from the Mulberry shopping streets. Staff are very efficient on requests. Cozy lobby with complementary coffee in the morning and juice in the afternoon. Free wifi, and two free bottle of water. Room is clean. But, the heater is a bit loud and noisy. The bathroom facility is a bit outdated. My room was right... More

A very charming hotel in a perfect location. A short walk to Newbury Street, restaurants, shopping and Boston Common. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They were even able to get us a babysitter at very short notice on a Saturday night! The rooms are large and, as a family of 4, we had plenty... More

I stayed here once before three years ago and was delighted to be back this October. It's a really friendly place, great location and excellent staff. They manage to get us tickets to a Patriots game (and the time before to a Bruins game), and recommended and reserved us a great restaurant nearby for dinner (Grill 23). The rooms are... More
