Once again The Lenox lived up to our expectations, stayed in April 08 and i think this time was slightly better. Requested a high floor twin room on our booking but when we checked in they gave us a double complained to bellboy who took us to a twin room with no problems. Also before we left i e-mailed asking... more

Very good central location, helpful staff and smallish but comfortable rooms. Pricey but in this part of town par for the course. more

We stayed for the 4th of July weekend and were surprised at how quiet the rooms are considering the nightlife around you. Our room was a bit small, but cozy and well equipped and the concierge was great as were the valets in helping us find our way around Boston. We loved the fact they had umbrellas handy for you... more

My new husband & I didn't have time to take a long tropical trip to Hawaii so we went to Boston instead because I went to Wheaton College & wanted to show my new hubby where I went to school. I reserved my airfare, hotel, & car on Orbitz & The Lenox was definitely the right choice. Everyone was very... more

Very beautiful building and comfortable rooms. The hotel staff is remarkably friendly and helpful. Perfectly located in the heart of Back Bay/Copely Square area. The only thing I didn't like is that there are no coffee makers in the rooms - but there is complimentary coffee in the morning at the bottom of the elevator. The hotel is nice enough... more

Three great nights and one not so good. Our first room 919 was very nice, but it was immediately above the air conditioning units which gave out a consistent and annoying hum during the night. Down to reception next morning and we were moved to room 1124, no hum and wonderful views across the Boston Skyline towards Harvard. Like the... more

We have just returned from an amazing five night stay at The Lenox. The first thing that greeted us was the most amazing fragrance in the lobby, the receptionist explained that it had been especially created for the hotel. The check in staff were excellent and we were promptly taken to our room. On inspection of our room we discovered... more

The hotel is amazing! We did the romantic package, which included a private tour of Boston with a private limo. Our limo driver, Frank, is also the former limo driver for Ben Affleck and Al Gore. He was so nice! We ate at the Tower Restaurant, which was exceptional, had a private tour of Harvard, Old North Church, and a... more
