The location is right in the heart of the city a perfect area to tour, shop and dine in the beautiful city. The rooms are beautiful and the service is wonderful! I hope to go back and stay during the holiday season. It is a perfect setting to celebrate Christmas.

I have stayed in many hotels, including 5 stars, in this area in Boston. The Lenox is by far the best. It's not even close. Large rooms, clean, everything works, friendly staff, amazing restaurant. You won't be dissapointed.

Last minute booking and so glad to have stayed at this hotel! Great location, staff and amazing rooms (and largest in room TV I've ever seen). My corner room had a fireplace and great amenities. Welcomed plush robes, large chilled waters and a small but very sufficient workout facility.

I stayed in the hotel for a week on business. From the offset the staff were incredible: friendly and attentive and more than happy to help with anything! The suite was beautiful and came with everything you could want. a beautiful hotel that I look forward to returning to soon!
