The Fairmont Copley Plaza is in the middle of -you guessed it- the Copley square area of Boston, probably Boston's nicest neighborhood. We choose it not only for its' location but because this legend was by far the most affordable upscale hotel in the area (even booking through their website) We thought the deal we got might have been too... more

Stayed at the Fairmont Copley Plaza for 3 nights from 8th July 2009. Very nice hotel and well located. Stayed in Room 136 on 1st floor. The only problem with this room was that it backed onto the generator at the back of the hotel and made a terrible noise. We did ask reception to be moved to be told... more

Girlfriend and I went to Boston for July 4th getaway and had a very nice stay at the Fairmont. The staff was attentive and friendly, concierge was especially helpful. Rooms though somewhat limited in square footage (due to the hotel age and layout I imagine) were well appointed and very clean. Daily housekeeping was also top notch. Location of the... more

Stayed at the Fairmont for several days during our transition from one condo to another here in town. The hotel is in a central location. Easy reach of the T... Or just walk to where you need to go. My partner and I booked a Fairmont Room for $289 a night which we felt was reasonable for Boston. Our room... more

Stay on floor four if you can, well worth the extra money. Breakfast was supplied and evening kibbles also supplied. Room was great with the best coffee we have had in all the hotels we have stayed in. I can't say enough about the professional staff and service provided. more

My stay at this property was extremely pleasant and the usual first class Fairmont hospitality. My room was very spacious and spotless and did not lack for any comforts to make my short stay pleasant. The bed and pillows were heavenly. The service I received from the staff was what I have come to know and appreciate as impeccable Fairmont... more

Just got back from Boston for a work trip. When we checked in they tried putting us on the first floor which was in the basment over looking a brick wall. Aftercomplaining and having to pay an extra $80 a night they moved us up to the 3rd floor over looking the some of the park. The view was ok... more

Stayed here this past weekend when we came in to see a Sox game. After the game we went to the Oak bar, where we were floored by the prices ($17 Martini) The note said they are the best, so i told my finance to order one just because we were there. The waitress brought out a carafe with ice... more

From the moment we stepped into the beautiful lobby after a long journey we were treated like royalty. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble and we felt like we were among friends. The rooms were spotless and spacious. We were on the 4th floor with access to our own sitting room equipped with a... more

First of all this hotel is in a great location. If you are arriving at Logan Airport don't take the expensive taxi as we did as you can buy a 7 day T pass(underground ticket) for $15 that will take you right to the hotel (taxi cost about $36 from Airport). Just Jump on the Silver Line Bus which will... more
