This is a nice hotel, with a fancy lobby and interior. The rooms are older ("Historic"). We had the less expensive room, so no view of any kind and was a little tired. Bed was comfortable and nice robes and generally pleasant enough. Otherwise nothing hugely stands out or lets down and so is a decent option. Not that close... More

My wife encountered a serious problem in the restaurant. Three staff members addressed the issue, and later, General Manager Paul Tormey arranged for a fair and generous resolution. Obviously, at this hotel, management places a premuim on customer satisfaction.
