My husband and I booked this hotel at the last minute when we decided to celebrate the 4th July in Boston. I had never been to the city before and this seemed like a good location - in fact it could not have been better. So close to everything that we walked almost everywhere and having the T stations (metro/subway)... more

Thia was just a one night stop, selected by our agent. A very comfortable hotel, we had a standard room and the bed was brilliantly soft. All usual amenities, helpful staff. pleasant bar staff etc. Only downer is the area, which seems a bit neglected and we couldn't see any restaurants (other than a few Chinese) in the area. more

I read all of the Tripadvisor reviews after I booked my stay, therefore I was cautiously optimistic. The Good: - The location is excellent. People who say that it's in a sketchy neighborhood are doing it a disservice. You are steps away from Downtown Crossing - one of the premier shopping districts in the city. You are also steps away... more

hi, i have read all the reviews and they are a bit mixed. We have just stayed there n i have to say it 's great. Its a central location - we hired a car and left it back 4 days early as parking is so expensive-unless u have to dont hire a car-otherwise park it in the place out in front... more

My wife and I recently stayed here for 4 nights. It's in a great location for first-time visitors to Boston like us. It's only a two-block walk to Boston Commons and 2 or 3 subway stations. We were able to walk or ride to all the sights we wanted to see. We had a corner king room on the 21st... more

We got a good deal on this hotel via expedia and only stayed one night. This hotel is too large and claustrophobic as well as tatty around the edges. We got a room with a faulty shower and had to switch rooms. I took forever for someone to come with the key for the new room and after we had... more

I'm not one to write reviews on travel sites so I'll keep it brief. 1. The walls at this hotel are paper thin. The people in the room next to us were talking at normal levels and we could hear their entire conversations. 2. Air conditioning - The air conditioning can only be set down to 67 degrees. We set... more

When I flipped the light on to use the restroom there were cockroaches scurrying into hiding. I still feel the uneasiness on my skin. Ughhhh! So disgusting. They were probably crawling all over us while we were asleep. The hotel did nothing about it. They said I should have shown them a dead one. Never have I encountered such a... more

Just stayed at this hotel this past Saturday... The service was awful! We had a bachelorette party and rented 4 rooms and a Suite. So needless to say we were spending a lot of money here. We all met in the Suite before going out. The hotel came to our room at 9:30 pm with a noise complaint. Everyone immediately... more

This is the first time I have written a review- because I am so disappointed with this room. I am in Boston for a short business trip and was looking forward to a couple of nights in a hotel. I generally stay in nice hotels when on business, with a little touch of luxury especially in the bath amenities, and... more
