This post is long overdue. I travel to Boston frequently for work, and the Hyatt Regency in Boston is always my hotel preference. The Hyatt is a beautiful hotel that offers great value and incredible service. Every time I come back to the hotel, the staff remembers my name. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is... More

Over the past 8 months I have stayed at the Hyatt on Avenue De Lafayette an average of 5 nights per week. When I arrive at the hotel I am always greeted with warm friendly smiles and wonderful customer service. The staff's service allows me to free myself from worrying about my room, my food, my dry cleaning or when... More

This place is amazing. Location, Location, Location. This Hotel is right in the center of Boston and is great for those coming for leisure or business. I have stayed here several times for both myself and now don't even bother looking at other hotels. I go directly to Hyatt.com to book my stay. I have never had a complaint. The... More

Decided to take a weekend vacation in Boston, and by chance ended up at this hotel. The hotel is about a ten minute walk to Faneuil Hall, 15 minutes to the TD Garden, 5 minutes to South Stations and less than 5 minutes to the Commons. It is right on the edge of the Chinatown, the theatre district and everything... More

We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Boston! Thank you for taking the time and writing a very nice review. You can't seem to go anywhere in this hotel without having to smell the noxious chemicals they pump into the air to make the place smell better. The hallways and elevators get spritzed along with the rooms and restrooms. It's enough already! I know this is a part of a broader trend in the industry but it's simply over-done at... More

We appreciate you sharing these details about your recent experience at the Hyatt Regency Boston. I apologize that you do not like the scent of the hotel. Hyatt Regency Boston utilizes high-quality, mild air fresheners that enhance the quality of air, while still remaining subtle. We’ve received many compliments on the scent, but we certainly value your difference of opinion.... More

This was between very good and average (but I did not have that rating option). I stayed here for a number of weeks and I have very few complaints about the hotel itself. Positives: The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated with a nice bathroom. The location of the hotel is perfect if you are working in the financial district. However,... More

We picked this hotel because it was close to the theatre disctrict. There was alot of construction going on in the streets so it was hard to find with the directions we had. It was very noisy from the construction going on as well. We were put off that the only refrigerator that was in the room was the minibar... More

Got great room on 21st floor with corner room. Nice room but a little dated and shabby. The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the city. Room service menu is a little limited but food is OK. Breakfast was superb with great service. Overall a good hotel in the centre of Boston. More

Location is excellent. Plenty of places and attractions within walking distance of the hotel. Words of advice- do not bring stay here if you need to park your car. Parking is minimum of $40 a day. They also charge you for WIFI, which for a 4 star hotel you would expect them to provide more then just a bed to... More

Thank you for writing a review about your recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Boston! We are glad that you enjoyed the location of our property. Unfortunately, we do not own our parking garage so we cannot adjust the rates. Parking garages in downtown Boston are very comparable to the parking garage that is connected to the hotel. We do...
