Agree about strangeness of the two-level lobby, but you get used to it. Great workout facility and nice pool area. Rooms are large and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rennovations mentioned are ongoing but not a problem. Excessive charges for internet access are just greedy.

My husband and I recently stayed here. We had a great experience. The staff was very helpful and responsive and went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is under some renovations, but we were not negatively impacted. Definitely recommend.

Elegant design, modern amenities and good location. Extraordinarily pleasant service. However, for $300 a night even in Boston one would expect: a real lobby where one can have meetings, breakfast served on time, an exercise room where all the equipment works and climate controls that one can reach without moving a lamp. At the Hyatt, you get none of these.
