I've been staying here often for work. I liked my first stay, I loved my second stay but was unhappy with my third stay. It was all because of the rooms. Walls are thin so if you have noisy neighbors, it's horrible. During the last stay, the person in the next room kept the tv on all night. I woke... More

We travel a lot and this hotel has the nicest staff we have ever seen. We had a great room, location of the hotel neat Chinatown is very convenient, breakfast good (but pricey). Just one thing: dont take a room next to the elevator - too noisy!

The staff was friendly and Mitch in particular went the extra mile to reccomend a local bar where we could get some late night food as well. It was an EXCELLENT recommendation and i loved the place. The elevators were experiencing some issues initially upon arrival... but they got em working that same day and i had no other issues... More

We stayed at the Hyatt for a business conference that was being held on the premises. I agree with many of the reviews here that this is a good hotel but needs a little facelift. The location is pretty good for getting anywhere you want to visit in Boston. We found the staff to be very courteous. The health club... More

Over all the staff was pleasant and helpful and friendly. We arrived to the room and checked the beds and duvet coves had some viable stains and upon lifting the cover a hair or two. (not ours) The bath room was clean but the towels were in the shower area and the tub had such sealant in the cracks it... More

The room was spacious, clean, very nice accommodations. The staff was very helpful, friendly and polite. The hotel restaurant was superior to other in house dining I've experienced. The location was excellent for local dining and sightseeing.

The linens had stains, The bathtub looked glued together and the parking was insultingly expensive @ $72.00 for two nights. But the staff was friendly and location to the convention center was great. Other wise I don't think it lived up the the quality the the name Hyatt should bring.

The staff at this hotel was very professional and attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to find my room was upgraded due to lack of the type of room I requested. IT staff was excellent.

The room itself is spacious enough for a short stay. The bed, pillows, and linens coupled with the heavy curtains encourage you to sleep in. The pillows are on the harder side so if you're a medium or soft pillow sleeper, you might want to pack your own. I found the bed to be one of the most comfortable. We... More

In the heart of the financial district, this hotel is well located to the "T" and easy access on foot to many places as well. The rooms are spacious but a bit long in the tooth and could use some renovations. The staff tries hard to please and usually hits the mark. Unlike many other Hyatt's, this Regency lacks a... More
