There are no bad places to stay in Boston as far as location, as everything is within walking distance. But the Hyatt Regency Boston is in the perfect location, right near Boston Commons and within 20 minutes walking of everything else. We checked in with AJ, the night manager, who was incredibly courteous and friendly. He recognized our platinum status... More

This hotel is in an excellent location, The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is very nice. The restaurant is pleasant but on the expensive side. But there are good restaurants nearby. My only complaint is that I could hear the person in the next room through the adjoining door.

I’ve stayed in Hyatt Boston for 2 nights and I am in love with the layout and decoration of the room. The hotel is located in city center so it’s easy to get everywhere via subway. I went to Boston this Feb, freaking cold weather. The staffs were so helpful and nice, bringing the warmness to the cold weather in... More

Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating ! All rooms have now been renovated. It is a 10 minute walk from South Station (free to get to from the airport via frequent Silver Line buses) Odd little work area under the wall mounted TV, and no desk chair. Would have made more sense to have a more 'traditional' office... More

First and only hotel i have tried in Boston. I think it was a good experience overall, but not overwhelming. I missed a free breakfeast in the price, but that is probably just very scandinavian of me to expect such thing.

It's not only a question of tradition. This Hyatt has different strong points when you consider traveling to Boston. It's in the strategically in Downtown Boston, just close to Boston Common Park, Convention Center and Bay Area. Also Close to the Subway Main Lines. The Staff in different levels is nice and attentive. Rooms are modern, comfortable beds and well daily... More

Great location. Stayed a few days for a well organized conference. Very good food. Comfortable rooms with a modern styling that is not too over the top. Free WiFi is a little slow but you can pay more for an upgrade.

We had a good stay overall but check your credit card bill. They sneak up the valet charges even though we booked the room through there offer of free valet. DO NOT fall for that option as they are crooks and will sneak up charges on you. So disappointed. When I called inquiring about the charge the manager said this... More
