We stayed here for 2 nights for our first trip to Boston. The hotel was located in walking distance to many things. The only downfall is the long wait for the elevators! I also feel the fitness center could be a little nicer. The hotel staff are very friendly. We did not try the food here, as there are so... More

We spent only one night here. In the morning, we had to pass on about 5 elevators (which were packed to the gills) to get down to breakfast. Again, heading back to the room it was just as bad. At check-out the elevator situation was out of control. Only 2 of the 4 elevators were working. My husband and I... More

The location of this hotel is very nice as is the interior. The rooms are clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The view that I had of the city was beautiful. I had a few issues with them though. First, I had to stay in town longer than expected and called to extend my stay. I was told by the front... More

The hotel is 5*, I know that, because it provides a number of services. The room -to me- could very well be only 4*. It's a good room, good size, comfortable bed, only a bit tired, old fashioned also, no "wow" factor. But I loved the location : Theater District, close to shopping, quite a number of terraces in the... More

My room was nice as well as quiet which is always a nice find in a hotel. The bathroom however was small from what I am used to. They did provide toothpaste in case you forgot yours with the new air travel regulations which was nice. FYI, You walk in the entrance and then have to take an elevator up... More

Wanted the luxury of a higher end hotel but was disappointed. Staff were great! Avenue One Restaurant was very good. Nothing special about this hotel. Location was about 10-12 minute walk to Fanueil Hall and Boston Harbour Cruises.

The hotel staff was GREAT. From the manager (Joseph), to housekeeping, to restaurant staff. The hotel has a strange configuration with an elevator to the lobby and then another elevator to the rooms. So the lobby is on the 3rd floor, The pool is on the 6th floor and the rooms above. Not so convenient to navigate (and often had... More

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency for a few nights earlier this month while attending a business conference. The staff was very pleasant and they nicely gave me an early check-in. The room was nice----fairly typical Hyatt standard---and had a downtown view. I would probably give the hotel 4 stars based on service and room quality. I just didn't love... More

This hotel is perfectly located downtown and is nicely decorated. I also liked that they offer cucumber water in the lobby. But there were several things I was disappointed with. Wifi access costs $10 per day. That's just lame. The elevators are SUPER SLOW. Like, so slow you won't believe it. Like, so slow that I walked up to the... More
