Stayed Friday and Saturday, for a convention. Yes it is an old hotel with charm and small rooms. Fine for two people. Bathroom fine for one at a time. All the amenities are there, two phones, internet, hair dryer, personal items, view, cable TV, clean. We got our room at 2 and left by noon. Ate several meals in the... More

We just got back from a four night stay at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel and Towers and it was really a great trip. I have to say that after reading the reviews I was so skeptical and a little afraid about what we might find there that I really wanted to move the hotel. Since we were part of... More

Room 1520 was assigned to me after choosing the most expensive rate for that hotel via Expedia. The room was so small that I had to move the desk in order to reach the window side of the room. The bathroom was so small that the toilet had been installed at an angle so the door might be closed. The... More

The Park Plaza is located at an excellent location in the heart of downtown Boston. Unfortunately from my room I could not see any of it. My 9th floor room was dark, small, and felt like I was stuck in a tiny, basement apartment. The view was facing towards an inside courtyard which features a full view of many rooms... More

This was a very well placed hotel for both the shopping areas and the historic areas of Boston. The lobby is impressive and we were welcomed by a nice staff especially the gentleman on reception. The room however was small and although it was adequate, it wasn't anything special. It was clean and the house keeping staff were very good.... More

We stayed at the Park Plaza and were very disappointed in the service at the hotel. *The concierge was unable to find the full itinerary for the group we were with, and we missed a scheduled breakfast because they were unable to tell us where it was located. *Our bathtub backed-up, and did not drain itself for hours, which made... My boyfriend and I stayed in the Park Plaza in June for four nights. When you first walk in, the place is absolutely stunning. The check in staff were cold and mechanical. Our room was a queen, the bed was made nicely and the sheets were clean. The bathroom was tiny, but again, clean. Overall, the room was a good... More

I stayed at the Park Plaza for 1 night prior to the essay day of the Mass Bar Exam. I got a really good rate through Priceline. The lobby is magnificent. I felt like I had taken a trip back to the roaring '20s. I was weary reading prior reviews, but was pleasantly surprised when I got my room. The... More

I was some what concerned upon reading previous reviews of this hotel that i had wrongly spent my money, but after staying there for 4 nights with my family of four i am glad i stuck with my reservation. We took advantage of a great value deal on expedia of £80 per night for us all to be fitted in... More

This hotel really is in the middle of Boston. Its right across from the beautiful Boston Commons and a half mile walk in any direction takes you to shops, sidewalk cafes and the beautiful culture and architecture of the city. The hotel is very well known among the residence and is very nice but does have a few issues you'll... More
