Location is good but the hotel could jump through some hoops to compete with the lesser category brands. Bed was uncomfortable, aircon cycled frequently throughout the night that left you chilled or sweaty, bathroom too small AND wifi access in room is only available for $12.95 a night! Waterline restaurant too pricey for the food. Would not stay here again.

We live about 90 minutes from Boston and come into the city a couple of times a year for a long weekend. We always stay at the Long Wharf not only because of its location but more importantly to us is the wonderful treatment that we receive from the entire staff from the valet, to housekeeping to the front desk.... Boston is such a great city to walk around and get some exercise. I was there on business but I'd love to come back w the family and ride the duck boats and eat some great seafood. The Boston LW Marriott was so enjoyable because the staff are so friendly and engaging. My room was nice w a good view.... More

We had an excellent stay here. The hotel lobby is plush. The inside hotel staff were nice. Our room had a side view they all do. Not the biggest Courtyard room but its Boston. The location makes the hotel right on the Long Wharf. So handy for boat tours & shops & restaurants around & a short walk to the... More

Loved this hotel and I am picky about my hotels! The area around the hotel was clean, walkable, and had great views, I can't say enough about the front desk. When we checked in they were as excited as we were. We told them we were headed to a celtics game for my son's birthday. The gave us all the... More

We stay at this hotel frequently (several times a year). A few months back we stayed and had some very rowdy neighbors to the extent that we had to call the front desk and complain. They took immediate action and rectified the problem. We were there again yesterday and after getting back from opening day at Fenway we found a... More

I was greeted by the valet who was very nice. He called the front desk to alert them of my arrival. I had never had that happen. It was a great first impression. The rooms are really nice and the quality you expect from Marriott. The front desk staff was very friendly and took an extra effort to make me... More

Stayed here for a girl's weekend and thought the location was excellent. We walked to the North End for breakfast and dinner, shopped nearby and hung out in the hotel bar, which is very nice. Service was good, rooms were clean and nice. Parking is close, although it is expensive. My only complaint would be that the blankets were rather... More

We stayed at the Long Wharf one night with our 2 kids (12, 15) to getaway one night during school vacation in February. Hadn't been there in a long time. Hotel was nicely redone, modern and updated. Friendly greeting by valet, as well as all hotel staff. We stayed on concierge level which was fantastic, beautiful lounge at end of... More

We stayed in room 402, a partial water view, facing Christopher Columbus Park. As indicated in earlier reviews, the hotel is in a great location, close to the North End (lots of dining options), Aquarium, Quincy Market as well as the Boston Harbor Island ferries. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable with nice, white linens and... More

Thank you for taking the time to complete a review. Yes, that room has a great view of the water as do most of the rooms in the hotel. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future. More
