We just got back from a three night stay at this hotel. We arrived very late at night and had a bit of trouble checking in because of the desk clerk being a little rude (in his defence it was my fault, but he was not nice and not helpful) but Barbara (another person at the check in desk) came... We stayed here last year and really liked it so went back. Cannot beat the location!! Close walk to Newbury street. Wonderful having a large mall and restaurants attached to hotel. Thank you Angela (from Long Island) for all your helpful tips. She was professional as well as nice. We will be back

The recent review that said "not the best but in the best location" says it all. I stayed here last week for a business event at the nearby Hynes Convention Center and chose this hotel for Marriott points, even though we found it lacking two years ago when we stayed here. I should have stayed somewhere else. The good points:... More

This is a very nice hotel. It is in a prime location in Boston, and attached to a mall. The mall has many stores, upscale and moderatly priced. Also a nice food court. The hotel has a sports bar that is open to the lobby and only somewhat overpriced. The service here is good, the rooms are well appointed. The downside... More

Great location in the Back Bay area, deluxe accomodations, and extremely helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is connected by enclosed walkway to a shopping center with fantastic stores and even a Legal Seafoods. This hotel is conveniently located to many bars and restaurants, and a quick walk to the T. I highly reccomend the Boston Marriott Copley Place for... More

We stayed at this property to attend a conference at the Hynes Convention Center. This hotel is part of the gigantic indoor hotel/office/shopping complex that is all linked. Fantastic when the weather is poor. The location is central for anything you want to do in Boston. Both Orange and Green line T stations are close, Shaw's grocery store is across... More

There's not a whole lot bad I can write about the hotel. In fact, maybe there's one. The elevators were slow. And I think that's it. Everything else was great. It's located in the middle of everything. It's a short walk to the subway, and there are plenty of dining options within walking distance. I think the best thing about... More

First, this Marriott is in a great location, near the green line and the orange line of the T and also near the Back Bay train station. It's attached to the Prudential Center via a walkover, where there's lots of shopping and restaurants. You are within a mile radius of Symphony Hall, Fenway Victory Gardens, Boston Public Library, Charles River... More

First and foremost, they need to re-engineer the elevators. There are plenty of elevator cars to each group of floors but 5-7 minute waits are the norm. Don't go here if you are very impatient or have a very tight schedule. That being said, rooms are fine, everything works well. The gym is excellent and there is an indoor pool... More

We stayed in this hotel from 5th to 8th March (3 nights). The hotel is very well placed and have very nice and specious lobby. The rooms are also good. The only part which bothered me is every time you need to call room service for complementary drinking water and it takes about 15 min to reach to your room.... More
