My daughter and I checked in early on June 23rd for 2 nights. Check it was professional and efficient. Room 1443 was next to a corner room, with partial view of the city. The beds and pillows were comfortable; maid service excellent. We got room service one night; the food was delicious and resonably priced. Again, room service was friendly... More

Stayed here while in town to see a Patriot's game. This hotel is the absolute best location in Boston, adjacent to the train station (perfect if you are arriving by Amtrak, which we did). The hotel is also adjacent to the train station where you head out to Gillette Field. The hotel is large and connected to a mall, which... More

My two teenage boys and my husband recently stayed here for two nights with rooms reserved on Priceline. The price we paid was great, but if I had paid full price I would have been very dissatisfied. The rooms were a bit dated and the bathroom extremely small. The plumbing in my boys' room was not working too well. The... More

The Marriott Copley Place was the perfect hotel for our first vacation to Boston. It is close to both the green line and the orange line on the T (subway system) and we were able to walk right to Fenway Park. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. We also utilized the Concierge Desk several times and they were very... More

The hotel is in the best location, close to T stops, walkable to Fenway, the Common, river, etc. Even a grocery store across the street! Great fitness center too! But rooms are dated, old, not 100% clean so it's a bit of a let down. Hopefully, you are out exploring and then too tired to notice when you return!

I was at this hotel for a conference. The rooms are great and up to date. They seem larger than the regular Marriott hotels. The staff here is very friendly and willing to help. They make you feel like a welcome guest.

We stayed at this Marriott for my college reunion. The staff were efficient, friendly and accommodating. Our room was spotless and quiet, and we had a view of Boston Harbor. It was a 20-minute walk (or less) to many of our reunion events. All in all, an excellent stay.

The Marriott Copley Place is an average hotel, our first time staying there in 2010 we managed to finagle a concierge level room on valentine's day weekend and had an enormous king corner room with some fabulous views and concierge wine/snack access. This trip we got neither. Booked a king room and wanted the same as before (concierge level, etc)... More
