With a son living in South End and his office in the John Hancock, the location of this Marriott was perfect for us. Since the valet parking is expensive, we used the T or walked, waiting to rent a car on the day we left Boston. I won't repeat the excellent reviews below, but do want to give a shout-out... More

We checked into this hotel for a 4 night stay to see Boston and go to TD Garden to see the Boston Bruins Hockey... Upon checking in to the hotel we were told most services were closed for the day due to the holiday which was fine since we were tired. Then we had been told there was a 99Percent... More

I can’t believe people have an issue with this hotel!! We came from New York staying in really nice hotels and this eclipsed them all. The public areas are great with plenty of food and drink options, it’s attached to two malls and a Shaw’s supermarket. It’s in back bay which is a fantastic area to be in, make sure... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and were very happy with our choice. The hotel was centrally located and connected to the shopping malls without need to go outside. Rooms were huge, were clean and very comfortable. Staff were very attentive and you never had to wait to be assisted, there were a lot of staff there to help, whatever... More

Overall, this is a solid property. I wouldn't say it stood out in my mind as exceptional, but it was clean, comfortable, and the staff was pleasant. Convention traffic tended to cause the elevators to get very backed up, but that's normal. The bathroom was a bit small, but since it was just me, no big deal. I found it... More

I stayed here for a conference so didn't have a choice on hotels but was pleasantly surprised by both the location on top of two high-end shopping centers (Prudential Center and Copley Place). Rooms were standard but clean and the housekeeping staff always greeted me with a smile and hello when I passed in the hallway. Concierge lounge on floor... More

This is a great location. The second floor flows directly into a shopping center on the same side of the street and the Prudential Center (across the street) is accessible via an enclosed aerial walkway. There is a very busy Starbucks on the second floor and a large supermarket across the street. There is a T station close by. The... More

The location of this hotel is superb. It is connected by a mall to the Hynes Convention center (the purpose of my visit). There are excellent shopping opportunities as well as a high end grocery store across the street for those things you may have forgotten. It is also convenient to the T system (three stations are located nearby -... More

Stayed for 3 nights in mid-September. Hotel is enormous, excellent location easy walking to shops and restaurants around Back-Bay, the South-end and Newbury St. Directly connected 2 several shopping malls too. Check-in was smooth and very friendly. Our room was spacious and clean and had an amazing view over the city and Charles river. Small bathroom and standard room amenities... More

Overall our stay was pleasant. Room a bit tight for 4 people. Great location for both shopping and dining. Located near the T which was great. Would stay again.
