Needs an update but very large and comprehensive services. Generally Accommodating staff. Concierge lounge average. Kept milk locked so you had to request it from staff. No hot water overnight but were told by note ahead of time. Great location/connected to variety of luxury shops/restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay in a properly comfortable hotel. There has been so much comment on this site about the speed of the elevators but that never bothered us at all. One niggle - surely free wi-fi should be the norm in the rooms??

The location was perfect, nearby a lot of different attractions, hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the service. The only friendly person working there was the guy who helped me to my cab to leave. Otherwise, a lovely hotel.

We had the joy of staying on the 29th floor with a fabulous view of the city. We hopped a cab to Hanover area to a wonderful little Italian restaurant still open at 10 pm. Returned to a perfectly clean room and found everything exceeded expectations. Breakfast brunch on floor 28 was unbelievable! An employee named Patricia made the morning... More

We recently attended the North American Teacher's of Singing conference at the Boston Marriott Copley Place. This hotel is huge, but run well. All the staff, from the front desk crew to the bellmen, to the wait staff were very knowledgeable and personable. Hard to find in a big corporate hotel. The maid service was excellent and both of the... More

I am staying here right now. I waited 15 minutes for an elevator at nine fifteen in the morning. I told the management last night elevator E was not working properly. They did nothing. Sometime later E elevator broke down with people in it. Today elevator E is still in service, still acting strange. There are plenty of other hotels... More

Thanks for taking the time to provide us feedback on your stay. I can empathize with your frustration with the elevators. We are currently engaged in an elevator modernization project that when complete will enhance speed of service to our guests in the hotel. Unfortunately through this process there are times when they can be slower than expected. However we... More

We spent a week here because of a convention. There are 9 elevators, but 2 or 3 were not working. So, you waited a lot. Sometimes you had to go down to the first floor get one to go up. Room and view of Boston was really nice. Location was excellent. Easy access to the subway. A shopping mall and... More

I stayed at the Marriott Copley for a conference during the last week of June. I had a room on one of the highest floors with two double beds. The view of the surroundings was outstanding; the room itself adequate but not particularly memorable. The hotel staff were all kind, courteous, and accustomed to dealing with large groups of people.... More

We arrived to thd hotel via airport bus which stopped about 2 blocks or so from the hotel. It wasn't bad and was cheaper than renting a car or cab. The staff greeted us as we were there for business and leisure. The staff was helpful particularly the front desk attendant. The room was very nice and the view overlooking... More
