Friendly staff (parking attendant/valets and registration) and mostly clean common areas and rooms. Details are not stellar, including dated and dirty windows, dated electronics/appliances in rooms, and few freebies. The tower affords impressive sweeping views, but the windows are so dirty that it's tough to enjoy the scenery. Wifi costs $13/day for mediocre connectivity, $17 for high speed.

Stayed here two nights for a convention. Here are my quick impressions: 1. Location was great. Quick indoor access to two malls. Walking distance (2 miles) to North End, Faneuil Hall, TD Garden and major attractions. 2. Elevators were bad. Good luck if your trying to go up after a lot of folks check-in, or when a lot of people... More

Great location, excellent staff, very good food . Sadly the only restaurant is a huge sports bar so quiet is out of the question. Rooms were nicely appointed and comfortable. the main drawback is the speed of the elevators. Anything until 10 minutes was a plus. They say that there is work being done on them. Once completed , it... More

Stayed here with my BFF's for a conference for 2 nights. Service was excellent and the rooms were spotless. Mark, the Conceirge, suggested a great breakfast place down Huntington called Thornton's that was delish. We ate there both mornings. Cab service was quick and all personnel we polite and respectful. They do charge for internet. Odd, but true and they... More

So when I come to Boston, which is frequently, I usually stay at the Liberty Hotel. This trip I am meeting family and have a function at the Marriott so I decided to stay here out of convenience. I prefer small boutiquey hotels to crowded convention center hotels because of the personalized service, uncrowned elevators and nice touches in the... More

I booked Marriott Copley for my daughter's 16th birthday. When I booked the room, I made it clear that I needed 2 double beds. I actually said if I can't have 2 beds I will book elsewhere. So I was surprised upon check in that they were giving me a king room with one bed. I told the clerk my... More

Marriott Copley Plaza is nice hotel in a great neighborhood. Room was great as well the service I received. Food was ok at the hotel, but would recommend walking to one of the locals to get a better flavor for Boston. Big plus, Starbucks on the 2nd floor.

This is a great location in the Back Bay, just above the fancy Copley Place mall. The rooms are typical Marriott fare but this weekend I noticed the bed was super comfy—some kind of down pillow top or sim which was appealing. (We stay here often.) The gym is EXCELLENT—quite rare to have an excellent gym in a hotel. Lots... More

Look, this is an OK hotel, in an OK neighborhood. Breakfast is incredibly overpriced ($23 for scrambled eggs w/hash browns, coffee, and OJ). But worse than that, the elevators don't work. I am staying on the eighth floor, and I waited ten minutes at a bank of six elevators to get one down to the lobby. Finally, I decided to... More

We were warmly welcomed to the Marriott. Our room was bright and spacious. Wi-fi was available, free of charge, in certain areas of the hotel. There was direct access to the subway, which means a lot on a cold or wet day. The hotel also has direct access to shopping malls, cafés, and the Prudential Tower, with its amazing views... More
