We were a high floor and the view was fantastic. The location is perfect for anything you would want to do in Boston. The hotel connects to two malls so leaving your coats in the room was a plus. The service was excellant. Only complaint was that the bathroom was small.

Recently stayed at this Marriott in Boston. Service was excellent. Al requests were taken care of promptly. Room was clean and wel attended. The ONLY negative to our week-long stay was the size of the room. Two words, VERY SMALL.

Location of this property was great. The hotel itself was very good, what you would expect from a Marriott. There is a Starbucks on the 2nd floor and a connection to the Copley Mall. The executive lounge breakfast was good (as expected). I only stayed here one night due to a work function but would stay again. Note that the... More

We arrived well after midnight since our flight was delayed but the concierge staff was still friendly, helpful, & kind. Our room has a view of the river. There are two malls connected to the hotel & the T (subway) is only a short walk (a few blocks). We found the restaurant a little over priced but the food was... More

If you are looking for a great location and predictable Marriott quality, this is a good choice. The T is easily accessible and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping. The Boston Public Library is a short 5-minute walk and the Museum of Fine Arts is a short T ride. A large grocery store is across the street if you... More

The location of this hotel is great. There is an inside walkway to the T (subway). There is two shopping centers attached to the hotel with great stores and restaurants. Across the street from the hotel is a grocery store for snacks and drinks. Right down the street is a drug store and many shops and places to eat. The... More

First time in Boston and could not have asked for a more convenient location to explore the city! Had a corner room an the 31st floor, which offered great views of Boston. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is the bathroom is very small... The staff were helpful and pleasant. The hotel is connected to a large shopping complex,... More

Location is great if you love shopping! One of the stops if you hop on and off Trolley Tours. Bed is comfortable . The down side is no free wifi in your room unless you want to pay $13 a day ! Taking the lift to room is great as waiting time is minimised but don't feel there is much... More

On check in, I was asked to give a credit card to have on file. I handed the clerk a credit card and a visa gift card valued at $150.00 to use toward the room. The clerk handed back the gift card and told me to use it when I checked out. My daughter told me she wanted to pay... More

While the hotel itself (minus the debacle described below) was very nice as usual, the new elevator program was a complete disaster. This review should probably be about ThyssenKrupp Elevator and not Marriott, but ultimately it was their decision to launch the 'updated' process. It took more than 30 minutes from the time we pushed 21 to actually set foot... More

Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for staying with us, and thank you also for the nice comments about our hotel.
