This was a great hotel in the 80's. Truly a grand location. But service has fallen to an unacceptable level. The Horizon retaurant was very good. The club lounge was nice. But the rest of the hotel lacked customer focus. more

This i s my 6th or 7th trip to Grove Park Inn, and this was one of our favorites. I am not a big spa person, but this spa is definitely worth visiting if you are looking for a relaxing time. Complaints in brief... Upon arrival not enough bellman to take up luggage so we had to do it ourselves. $20/ day to vallet park your car in the baking sun or free if you park it yourself in the shaded parking garage. This is not a resort for the budget minded but, if you're looking for gorgeous views, warm and relaxing atmosphere in a mountain setting, this is a fantastic spot. Just be prepared to pay the price.
