We have stayed at this Red Roof Inn in Asheville several times. The rooms are very clean with updated furnishings. We especially like the lack of carpeting on most of the floor area in the room. (Motel carpets can get nasty.) The deluxe king had a nice desk area, with free WiFi. We have tried other area motels and have... More

Hotels of any quality were running $150-$200. We got the red roof for $100 and were very happy. Check in was very quick with a friendly greeting. There is plenty of parking. The room was spotless with pergo flooring. We had a deluxe king that had a plenty of room with a nice desk to work from. The bathroom was... More

For a Saturday evening in West Asheville during the summer, price wasn't bad. It's a no frills location, rooms are clean with the bare minimum necessities. In walking distance of gas stations and a couple of fast food restaurants, convenient from the interstate. Surprisingly quiet there didn't seem many families staying there. Would stay again for an overnight while traveling... More

If it's the first weekend in August, we'll be in Asheville at the Village Art and Craft Fair! We always look for a moderately priced clean, comfortable hotel in a safe area so we can spend our money on what really counts - supporting the artists and crafts persons! As we explored our options (and ultimately booked our room) via... More

We spent several days in Asheville and decided we would rather spend our $$ on food and entertainment than on a high dollar room that we would only be sleeping in, but also wanted a decent room. We found it at the Red Roof Inn. Rooms were clean and quiet. Only complaints being the room smelled a little musty on... More

I like to come to this hotel as it is usually a decent price for a clean remodeled room. Unfortunately my room was not quite as clean as my prior stays. I also had a hard time connecting to the wifi. All my devices kept searching. I'd have rated this hotel a 4 or 4.5 in the past. Just a... More

Second trip here and recommend again. Room was clean, bed comfortable, wifi dependable. Staff very courteous. They actually got in contact with me to let me know I left my pajamas. Easy access and the price is right

While the guests were a tad strange (shirtless men wandering the lot in the morning, someone trying to cook a full on steak in the microwave), the property was fantastic and the staff were beyond friendly. The place has obviously been renovated recently so it's very clean and the laminate floors make it feel even more so. No coffee makers... More

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Easy access to I-40 and some great eating places nearby. The staff was friendly and courteous and our room was very comfortable. A great hotel at a great value. Free Wi-Fi was very nice. Highly recommend!
