High speed internet was advertised. It was not available from the rooms--you had to go to the lobby. The toilet ran constantly in the room. Room was not as clean as it could have been. Lots of kids running around the halls and elevators. Would not stay here again. more

The room gives on the loby with big window patio doors. The windows are 2 way and anyone in the loby, pool or hottub (witch are in the loby) can see directly into your room. My husband and I stayed for two nights at this hotel (Jul 25 and 26), a Saturday nite and a Sunday nite. Our room was very nice, clean, with very comfortable beds. The 3 nights at the Holiday Inn were very enjoyable . The rooms are large and clean , the beds are very comfortable with great pillows . It was a great price , convenient location ...not too much negative from me . more

My second stay at this hotel while traveling on vacation. I would probably stay again, but not without a few concerns. Just so you know, although the Biltmore is not far away, it is on the other side of Asheville. There are probably 20 other hotels that are closer.
