We have stayed here a number of times. It's very close to the entrance to the Biltmore Estate. It's a throwback to the 50s and 60s when we traveled and stayed in those one story motels along the road. Beautiful property with huge pine trees. Spotless rooms. And so cute. We have stayed here several times and love the Forest Manor Inn. It's like taking a step back in time. There is a big shady lawn, chairs out in front of the rooms, a third sheet on the bed, and very friendly, helpful innkeepers. If you are expecting modern or fancy, this is not the place for you. We stayed at the Forest Manor Inn the first weekend in August to go the Biltmore Village Arts & Crafts Festival. The innkeepers, Lloyd and Leone Kirk, and their entire staff were very friendly and helpful recommending local restaurants and providing maps. The room was spotless and well maintained.

We were there on July 18, 2007. The FMI is located in pleasant grounds on US 25 not far South of I40. There is some traffic noise, but not serious. It is very clean. It is a nice $79 motel. They do not serve bkfst of any sort. We also found the Province to be worth the money. Not fancy,... More

I love the Forest Manor Inn! I would love to own a place like the Forest Manor Inn! Stayed there for 2 nights last December when passing through Asheville. This Inn was such a pleasant experience! Very clean rooms and close to everything! The Innkeepers were most hospitable and helpful with current Asheville events.
