The rooms were very clean and the location was great - right off the highway and walking distance to a couple of sit-down restaurants, a couple of fast-food places and a drug store. The staff was VERY friendly and was great about giving directions to places. The food was good but I will echo another reviewer - the eating area... more

We were driving on the Blue Ridge Parkway to Roanoke from Atlanta and decided to stop at Asheville for the night. The Ramada's rates looked reasonable and I made an online booking. The rooms were just OK - definitely not worth the $99 I paid for the night. The bathroom plumbing was pretty bad and the breakfast was insipid and... more

We stayed four nights, telephoning to book, as we wanted to take advantage of their well priced package for Biltmore House & Chimmney Rock Park. Amber was very helpful in sorting out the details & taking the telephone booking. On arrival we were quickly & helpfully checked in to a ground floor room in the reception block. A clean, large... more

This hotel is so dirty and straight from the 70s. No major updating or renovations. I was so disgusted that I had to stay with my expedia reservation. The manager Mr. Patel is the rudest and most unhelpful person I have encountered. He simply has no idea of proper customer service. An argument over towels...towels... more

My husband and I spent the first days of the New Year in beautiful Asheville, NC. The package that we bought through Ramada Inn Asheville was well worth the cost. It included two passes to the Biltmore and Chimney Rock Park along with three nights at the hotel. We decided that the hotel was all right. I would have given... more

I visited the property with my sister and her husband. We had been staying in a Hampton Inn in Asheville because it was a little closer to our relatives house but we added a couple of nights to our trip and moved to the Ramada Asheville. We soon wished we had spent our whole trip there. The hotel was further... more

The place was exactly what we were looking for: clean, quiet, spacious. We stayed three nights while vacationing in Asheville. Great location! Less than 10 minute drive to downtown area as well as the Biltmore. Nice sized room. Comfy bed. with new mattress. Very nice breakfast at this price with choice of eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, waffles and... more
