We really enjoyed our stay. The innkeepers are very personable and we felt very comfortable at all times. The house itself is a great treasure with lots of history. From the very first night we decided to come back. The whole experiance was very personal and we felt catered to in a sense. We only stayed for three nights but... more

Never had a vacation at all the whole time we have been married. We have 3 kids that keep us going all the time.... more

Our stay at the Beaufort House was wonderfully relaxing. The owners were very warm and welcoming. The breakfasts prepared by Chris were delicious. Chris and Jim were very helpful in helping us find our way around and looking for places to eat. The Beaufort House is very close to downtown Asheville as well. We stayed in the Dogwood cottage and... more

Our 3 night stay at the Beaufort House was most enjoyable! Our hosts , Christina & Jim extended very warm hospitality. The wine and cheese social on Friday night was very nice in that we met other guests and discussed various sightseeing options. They were helpful in getting discounted tickets to the Biltmore, and also had good recommendations for local... more

Had a great stay on a one night pass through the area. The owners were extremely helpful and attentive. As a vegan traveler it can be extremely difficult to find B&Bs that will accommodate. The Beaufort, however, not only accommodated but asked for our suggestions on ways to improve or implement other recipes. The location was convenient to the shops... more

My family was planning something different this holiday, and we chose to go to the Builtmore Estate in Asheville, NC. We heard it was a wonderful time to visit the Estate, and grounds, with all of the Christmas decorations. We wanted to have a quiet and intimate place to stay while we were visiting, and started our search for a... more

We recently spent a long weekend at the Beaufort House Inn to celebrate my 30th birthday. We couldn't have asked for a nicer experience. Jim and Christina (the innkeepers) were always around to answer a question, provide directions or a restaurant recommendation. They even gave us their cell phone number to call "after hours" in case we needed anything. The... more

We stayed at the Beaufort House Inn for three nights while attending a conference at the Grove Park Inn. The inn has several beautiful rooms in the main house but we stayed in the Dogwood Cottage, one of the restored buildings on the property. The house interior has been redecorated in a clean and elegant style by the new innkeepers.... more
