The Old Reynolds Mansion is a great little bed & breakfast! It sits on a quiet hilltop just outside of Asheville, NC. The staff was very warm and friendly. Our room was cozy and quiet. It was very peacful and we will be returning at some point. Give it a try for yourself! more

The house has a resident cat that is permitted to roam the property, but apparently isn't treated regularly for fleas. During our stay, we woke each morning with several flea bites. The Old Reynold's Mansion, Asheville, NC, is not, as advertised, the peaceful retreat with glorious mountain views. Not only is Interstate 40 quite audible 24 hours per day, the nearest hillside has been demolished, taking with it the primary view.
