Every spring my sister and I leave our respective homes for a sisters-only mini vacation. This year we choose to visit Asheville primarily to tour the Biltmore estate. After reviewing a number of hotels and b-and-bs we decided on the Albermarle Inn and we couldn't have made a better choice. The site itself is beautiful and we were there at... More

Rosemary welcomed us and showed us to our room, gave us directions into town, and also wonderful directions so we could find Albemarle Inn. This Inn was highly recommended to us and it was really a beautiful place. Delicious, homemade breakfast, (three course). Very comfortable queen room. with private bath.

We had a lovely weekend in the Albermarle Inn , situated very close to the Grovepark so near down-town The stay was very peaceful and the Inn was well taken care of and so were we. Rosemary could not have been more gracious and kind , very welcoming and helpful and also offering any help at all. What I liked... More

What a wonderful place! The Inn itself is a grand old home and is well kept up. Bartok even stayed there for awhile, adding some historical interest. It is in a great neighborhood, not far from downtown Asheville. We stayed in the Blue Ridge Room and loved it. Rosemary, one of the innkeepers was so generous with her time, giving... More

I stayed at the Albermarle recently and had a great experience. The Inn is about 100 years old (great history). It is beautiful, extremely well maintained/spotless. Our room was very comfortable as was the bedding. While i never met Fabrizio, i spoke with him while making my reservation, he was very accommodating and nice. His wife Rosemary was also great,... Everything at the Albemarle Inn is perfect starting with the drive through the neighborhood of beautiful homes all uniquely decorated and landscaped. When you arrive at the Inn you are greeted by a quaint sign and a short drive to the side of the home. This allows you a picturesque view of the Inns massive white columns with flanking trees,... My husband and I have a tradition of spending the holidays at a Bed and Breakfast. We started a few years back on the West Coast in McLoud, CA and have since worked our way around the country to New Hampshire, New Orleans and now Asheville. I can say that The Albermarle Inn tops our list of holiday adventures. Very... More

My wife and I spent four wonderful days in this gorgeous Inn. We came to Asheville to visit an area that we didn't know and, mostly, to see the Biltmore Estate. The elegance of this Inn made us think back to our visit at the Estate. As soon as you enter you find yourself in a marvellous living room with... More

Albermarle is a fabulous old mansion and a great bed stay if you love historical homes. The innkeepers have a great collection of menus and local activities and can help guests navigate the Biltmore. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast very good. Price is not for the feint of heart but you have to pay to play in the big leagues... More

My fiance and I spent several days reviewing various bed and breakfast inns in the area before settling on Albemarle Inn. From the moment we walked up, we knew we made the right choice.
