The staff of this Sheraton are FABULOUS. We were helping a friend of my aunt's with short term memory issues. They helped get her to the airport, helped organize her flight assistance, and were just great. They even comped our breakfast even though we were probably using a lot more service than we paid for.

A group of us were trying to find a hotel in Asheville that would be good accommodations and you could walk to everything. This one worked well for us! We were there during Beer Week and you could walk to the breweries , restaurants and shops. The ones on the furthest edge were quite a walk but doable for us.... More

My wife and I went to Asheville to assist our son and his wife by watching their 1-year old while they went to a wedding. Our son told us they could get us a room in this hotel. When I checked on TripAdvisor, I thought we should look for another hotel. There were more than a few recent reviews that... More

Typical Four Points. No frills, good downtown location, clean, pretty good service, basic furnishings. Couple things I didnt like: jacking up rates for Memorial Day, broken elevator. In general, it was ok to stay there 2 days with my daughter.

The rooms cheap...fake wood, dirty carpet, very loud AC units that do not shut off. Except for AC my room, as far from lobby as possible, was quiet. Hotel is dated and dirty. WIFI is extremely slow. I do not see much reason to stay here when there are plenty of newer hotels in Asheville.

We had originally booked another hotel and were very disappointed. Did some online searching and pulled up Four Points by Sheraton in Asheville. The rate was unbelievably good... first night at $129.00 and the next two nights the rate was the last two digits of your birth year. Hubs was born in 1951...score!! The staff was very friendly, the restaurant... More

Routine destination. Located on the edge of the city, nothing special but nothing bad. competitively priced. decent place to spend a night. Restaurant attached to the restaurant - nothing special but food is good and priced accordingly. There are better hotels out and around and in the middle of the city to get more of the Asheville experience.

First off, let me start by saying that the restaurant in the hotel was solid - good food at a reasonable price with nice staff. If you are staying at the hotel it is a pleasant surprise. Also, the pool is nice - although it could use one or more electrical outlets. I pretty much have nothing else good to... More

Conveniently located in downtown Asheville, this hotel offers a clean and comfortable stay. If you want a fancy place, there are other hotels more suited to your taste. But the beds were comfortable and the staff was pleasant. The hotel has an outdoor pool and fitness room, neither of which we used - but only because we were too busy.... More

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The Standard King Room we stayed in for a week had a small fridge and microwave but they were not listed as part of the in-room amenities on the hotel's website so I'm not sure if they are in every room. The fridge and microwave made it easy to reduce meal costs by... More
