We had two rooms. The rooms were not very clean. One bed had hairs (not ours) between the sheets. The other room was missing a bulb in one lamp, and the other had a plug that was plugged into an outlet just below the headboard. When you moved in the bed, the light would go of and on, off and... more

We planned a trip to Biltmore and made reservations for a double room by the indoor pool. We were quoted $89.95 plus tax. When we arrived we were told that poolside rooms would be $20. more. There was a lot of construction and the whole lobby was dirty and needed attention. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was... more

They are renovating the bathrooms. This makes some noise. There was no hot water for a day. My key quit working and they had to break into my room to change the battery in the lock. Not a place I would recommend. more

I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you are use to staying at very low quality 2 star hotels. The bedspread and blanket looked bery old. The tub faucet leaked and the hot water in the shower was difficult to get to work. The room noise outside was noisy. Most rooms are exterior rooms. There are some interior hallway rooms but... more

Like Capecodmini, my husband and I also stayed at this hotel the night of May 25th; however, our experience was much different. For one our room rate was $133.92 (the room by far did not justify the price) and when asked, was told that no discounts were being given due to it being the Memorial Day weekend (we asked for... more

We stayed here on May 25, 2007 and I can say that it's not a bad motel for a mere $73- a night. Must say they have some very interesting long term tenants there that drive some wicked hot cars (see the attached photo). The morning raising of the Union Jack and 119 decibel blast of Music for the Kings... more

When I arrived in the pm, there was no hot water and no predictions as to when it would be available. OK, this happens. then I noticed there is NO security on the side doors to the outside, and anyone could just walk in. The atrium was dark and deserted. The whole place seemed run down and depressing. Not like... more

We made reservations to stay at this hotel March 1, 2007. The room that we were given was the worst room I had ever seen. The curtains were torn, one mattress was on the floor without a frame, there was exposed wood holding up the sink. The bathroom was nasty and smelled. We immediately went back to the front desk... more

I called months in advance and reserved this hotel because, we were going to the Biltmore and this was a Best Western hotel that had an indoor pool and sd that it was only 3 miles from the Biltmore. Well it's not 3 miles from the Biltmore if it is it's the longest 3 miles I have ever taking not... more

The first night we went to the room and the beds were un-made. Looked like someone was already sleeping there. They gave us a new room. The next day we didn't leave our belongings in the room so the maid thought we had checked out and changed the lock. The toilet had trouble flushing. There was not a knob on... more
